The hotel is quite old and not so well entertained. The wood of the Shower door was peeling, moth and sounder in the room.

Lee R. Families - 10/2/2026 Confirmed reviews ALL

Internet was not working in my room 202 and neither in hotel lobby. Checked with reception staff and the answer was limited that there was nothing she could do.

We arrived in the evening at the same time as a party of teenagers who monopolised the lift. I took the stairs. In the morning my wife and I had a cold shower as there was no hot water.

Room basic but clean. WiFi signal didn't cover the whole room. Shower not very warm. Location near the s bahn with good links into the city centre but some noise from the tram line directly outside the hotel. Breakfast okay but nothing to write home about. Can't complain for the price but would probably opt for something better that cost a little more next time.

Rooms were dirty & waaaaaay to dusty bathrooms were dirty i saw fungies in the bathroom i was concerned about the health of my family because of this . When i booked the hotel it Said the Rooms had air conditioners but when i came to hotel there were no air conditioner when i talked receptions about this they told me there were no AC in the Room. I Wont ever stay in here again.

thank you for your review. the air conditioning system you mentioned is not advertised online on any portal, not even on our website through which you booked. you are welcome to check this again yourself. We were also unable to find mold in your room 407.

M&c S. S. G. Business - 5/26/2025 Confirmed reviews ALL

It was an old hotel, which is not bad at first. But the toilet and shower were very uncomfortable, they could have been redone, and there was no hairdryer, which I now think is just standard. There was also no room service once a day, which I didn't like either.
