Staff was very friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was good and the location easy. There was no restaurant for lunch or dinner, but with two very good ones nearby not a problem, and the bar had very good pizzas.

I was having such a bad time that stay, my flight had just got cancelled 55mins before takeoff, I was exhausted because I was awake for almost 48hrs, and desperately needed to sleep. The receptionist took one look at me and offered me an early check in, no questions asked. I couldn't have been more grateful for how compassionate they were. Will definitely be staying again on my next visit.

I had a good stay at the hotel, however I left my phone charger in the room as I was checking out. I emailed them later to arrange a pickup or shipment, but never received a reply.

It took 30 minutes to check in however I'm an accor member. Pickpocketing can happen in the lobby. I left my charging cables in the room and after contacting the hotel they didn't find it.

Very little amenities available in the room or when asked at front desk. No water, toothpaste, body lotion. The cappuccino were made terribly bad at the bar due T. milk dispenser issues several times but the bartender didn't even remake it properly (only coffee, no milk in the last try). Parking ticket didn't work even after front desk confirmed at check in.
