Room was fine, overall experience was fine. But we booked a room at Ibis and were not informed that we should head to Novotel. So we had quite a scare when we showed up to an empty hotel (thankfully a security guard led us to Novotel). Perhaps inform next time about this.

Selain ruang kamar yang cukup besar dengan ruang kerja yang terpisah, bersih dan nyaman, kami merasakan pelayanan yg luar biasa. Tidak disangka anak kami mengalami keadaan darurat dan perlu mendapatkan layanan medis segera. Kami memberitahukan kondisi kami kepada staf yang sedang membereskan kamar, dengan segera mereka memberitahu manager hotel dan kami diantar ke unit gawat darurat rumah sakit terdekat.
