The front office and restaurant staff are helpful, but the cleanliness of this hotel should be improved. Parking area is considered dirty. I have to spray all of the bath room wall and corner. Entering the hotel using a car need advanced driving skill.

I have known Ibis hotel's standard, so that's why I never feel doubtful to choose any of Ibis. Fun, relaxing. The staff are helpful as always. One thing as my concern is the payment method. As I am always requested to provide my credit card number on accor accommodation registration and when I recieve their email saying that I don't need to pay anymore but the hotels wherever I stay always request the payment from my credit card on their receptionist tables. I am afraid there would be any double bills regarding this. So, later please fix the system. If I put my credit card on the web registration it means I don't need to be charged anymore in the hotels. Sometimes this doesn't make me comfortable as well as makes me worried.

+ strategic area, comfortable enough for staycation. breakfast taste is standard. the hotel have a good pandemic protocol. - the pillow smells not good (a lil bit).

House keeping must check and ensure all of pillow and bed room is ready to sue for customers. Managers must re-check (monitor) after staff did it their job and do review Bed room standard and swimming pool area and regulation also must follow IBIS group SOP. If we compare with Bandung & Bali Ibis Style, this Yogyakarta Ibis Style hotel is lower level for services and room facilities. We hope that Yogyakarta Ibis hotel will always follow as per other IBIS hotel group in Indonesia and worldwide class.

Memorable Staycation In The Middle Of The Pandemic

I was here during my staycation in the middle of strict lockdown rules. On my arrival, I was greeted and assisted by Pak Dwi. He was very helpful and able to accommodate my early check-in request. My room was ready as soon as I arrived and a welcome amenity was waiting in my room, a nice gesture by the hotel! Amidst the strict lockdown rules during my stay, I can see that the hotel staff was able to give their best service. If you are arriving by train, I can recommend you this hotel since the hotel is located by walking distance from the train station, and to a famous shopping street and tourist destination, Malioboro. What I like the most about this hotel is their rooftop pool and bar facing the sunset! Swimming and having a beer while watching the sunset, my day is made! Thank you ibis Styles Yogyakarta for the memorable stay, will surely be back again!

I stayed at ibis styles dagen for my friend wedding. Everything was good, perfect. We were asked if we would like to have house keeping to clean our room in daily basis or not, and we prefer not to, but they still refill our water, tea coffee, changing bathmat and towel, which is good. Breakfast also good, the taste is so “jogja” Soto ayam my favourite. One thing missed is when we extend our stay, they forgot to extend also our room key. So when we in rush to go back to our room, we cannot get in. But overall, great experience

It were very cool hotel, so you will able to staycation with no worry regarding location. You justn to on walk to go malioboro area, and surely all the people are easy to smile. Even most of staff are look teenager. Breakfast are limited but it is enought to fulling your day before start to activity. At least ,please to attention in parking lot, very limited and not safe at on way.

Great location, a stone throw away from Malioboro

The hotel is located a block away from Malioboro. So it is not effected by road closure on the pedestrian part of Malioboro. It is convenient for traveller who drive. The hotel is small but sufficient and effective. Staff are polite and did their job well. Check in and out were brief. However, breakfast area needs more staffs because buffet area is closed down and staffs need to serve food to all guests.

Terrible receptionist, bad service, no meet our expectations at all.. we stay with a baby, but they give us smoking room.. We request to clean up our room when we go, until we came back there’s nothing different and the front desk said “in queue”, but when the cleaning service came up they said “it was missed by receptionist” what the hell!!!
