The front office and restaurant staff are helpful, but the cleanliness of this hotel should be improved. Parking area is considered dirty. I have to spray all of the bath room wall and corner. Entering the hotel using a car need advanced driving skill.

The location is amazingly on best position. The staff is also friendly, good service. Sales person who assisted this booking was quick respond and humble. Thanks Ms. Viviane. Will be back to ibis styles Jogja. Sky bar rooftop is the key.

I have known Ibis hotel's standard, so that's why I never feel doubtful to choose any of Ibis. Fun, relaxing. The staff are helpful as always. One thing as my concern is the payment method. As I am always requested to provide my credit card number on accor accommodation registration and when I recieve their email saying that I don't need to pay anymore but the hotels wherever I stay always request the payment from my credit card on their receptionist tables. I am afraid there would be any double bills regarding this. So, later please fix the system. If I put my credit card on the web registration it means I don't need to be charged anymore in the hotels. Sometimes this doesn't make me comfortable as well as makes me worried.

+ strategic area, comfortable enough for staycation. breakfast taste is standard. the hotel have a good pandemic protocol. - the pillow smells not good (a lil bit).
