Reservation @ the Accor ALL Application and Ibis Yogyakarta System was different

First , We made reservation from Accor ALL Application, 3 rooms with breakfast including. But unfortunately from Ibis Hotel System, there's no breakfast for our room reservation. That made our children sad, and so do I. Then We as customer and ALL member, kept trying to follow up regarding this matter to hotel by phone, whatsapp and also by email to accor care and ibis. In the end, finally we got the breakfast (after our follow up or ibis system already read same w/ application?) Second, Ibis staff already confirm several hours before our arriving by phonecall and we already confirm to early check in around 12-1 pm for 3 rooms. Unfortunately due to we're from Semarang city, its kind of traffic jam, so we're arrived late around 2 pm, and the rooms which were ready only 2 at that time, the one room ready around 3:30 pm. Kind of tired from 3-4 hour journey from semarang city to jogja city, so we tried to take a rest with 2 rooms ready first.

Should be renovated and modernized for rooms, equipment, facilities. More attractive promo caused the location so far away from the airport. Upgrade the personal soft skills. Great welcoming drinks and breakfast.
