We sincerely regret that your stay did not meet your expectations, particularly regarding the ventilation and unpleasant smell in your Junior Suite room. We fully understand how uncomfortable this must have been, especially after you had brought the matter to our attention and the air purifier did not resolve the issue. Please accept our sincere apologies. We are currently working with a third party to address the ventilation issue, and we acknowledge that this is an ongoing process that cannot be resolved overnight. Nevertheless, your feedback is important in helping us improve, and we truly appreciate you bringing it to our attention. We have also taken note of your comments regarding the sofa bed and understand how its configuration affected the usability of the living area. This is also being reviewed as part of our efforts to improve the overall comfort of our Junior Suites. We sincerely regret that your stay did not fully meet your expectations, particularly regarding the early morning prayer sounds and the in-room amenities. We understand that a restful stay is important, especially when travelling with family. We have taken note of your preference for a quieter room for any future visit. As our hotel is surrounded by mosques on all sides, some level of prayer sound may be heard. However, rooms facing Mataram Street generally experience the least exposure to this sound. Had we been informed of your preference in advance, we would have been pleased to assist. Regarding the coffee, we would like to clarify that coffee was available in the in-room tray, provided in the same sachet format as the other coffee selections, with the respective labels indicated on each sachet. For the fork and spoon, we acknowledge that these are not part of our standard Novotel Suites room setup. However, our team would have been very happy to provide them upon request. We do regret that these concerns were not brought to our attention during your four-night stay, as we would have genuinely appreciated the opportunity to assist and resolve them while you were with us. We were therefore disappointed to learn of these matters only after your departure, particularly given the low overall rating. Nevertheless, we fully respect your feedback and appreciate you sharing it with us.
