The service was excellent, facilites were great and the hotel also provides free valet parking which was helpful The room itself was quite large, if only it was cleaner. The room smelled a bit "old", I suspected it came from the carpet. Tables and surfaces were clean, bathroom was clean. Bed was also clean and comfortable

I arrived at the hotel, your staffs quoted me a 65% higher than platform! Finally, after consulting the hotel manager, best price quoted was above 35% higher than platform!

Dear L. Chek Ming, Thank you for writing a review about your recent stay with us. I’m very sorry that you had problems when you arrived and during your stay at our hotel. When I got your message, I checked your booking right away and looked into what happened. I saw that you were supposed to stay in July 2024, but you actually booked our hotel for August 2024 through Ctrip/Trip.com. The rate for the day you wanted to stay was IDR 1,240,000. To help solve the problem, we lowered the rate to IDR 1,100,000 per night, which is a discount of more than 10%. Travel agent websites show our rates, but sometimes they offer lower prices because of their own special discounts. I hope you understand this. We gave you the best rate we could offer, but it seems that it didn’t meet your expectations. We can’t change our prices freely because we have to follow rules from ACCOR. If we could change the rate, we would have done it for you. I’m really sorry about the problems with the room and bathroom cleanliness, and the Wi-Fi connection. We will use your feedback to make things better, and I have told our housekeeping team to fix these issues right away. Thank you again for your feedback. 這是我第二次入住這間酒店，也是我印象中第一次住在一間沒有對外窗的房間，我記得上次住的房間有對外窗。也許是為了彌補沒有景觀的缺憾吧，酒店掛了一些畫，實際上看起來還不錯。房間設計時尚，但可惜的是，以使用者的角度來看，我覺得這設計對我並不方便。酒店直通購物中心，非常方便。我還試了這家酒店的早餐自助餐，選擇豐富，有很多不同的餐點。 This is my second stay at this hotel. I think this is the first time I have ever stayed in a room without a window that has an outside view. I believe I had an outside view in my room last time. To compensate for the lack of view, the hotel put up some paintings, which are not bad actually. The room has a chic design, but unfortunately, from a user's point of view, I did not find it convenient for my stay. The hotel is directly connected to a mall, a real convenience. I also tried the breakfast buffet at this hotel. It has a good spread with many options offered.
