The hotel located at Malioboro Street, very good location, comfortable stay for 5 nights, excellent service and hospitality by all staff members, receptionist very polite and helpful especially that pretty lady named Dinda, room service and maintenance service are very nice and fast, the room is very spacious and clean, they have microwave oven and refrigerator, the rooftop is very nice with swimming pool and cafe, this is our second time staying at Novotel Yogyakarta, looking forward to stay again in 2027.
