i booked grand mercure expecting the "grand" but yet only get Mercure instead. its totally different from other Grand Mercure i experienced across Asia. Dull breakfast experiences (i only ate once on the first day.. ) slow response when big group checked in (i was requesting toilet paper yet >12 hours to get). again, when we talk about Grand Mercure, the pool should represent the word.. Grand... Yet this wasnt.... compare with Grand Mercure Setiabudi Bandung even not close. come to access, we need to re-tap every single day for the card to be worked... we stay 4 nights, yet every morning need to go to lobby just to retap access card. When talking about my member status, i need to remind the privilege that i have not from the staff. however, staffs hospitality was great! even security team also smiling..keep this up. Also Guest Relation was acknowledge my arrival and status from whatsapp to give info regarding my room upgrade, which is this is the good part so far. to wrap up, i only going to pick this hotel again only to visit Hayati coffee bar due to its location.

The bed and pillow sheets were thin and yellowish. The shower area stinks and the wall even has Dried Soils. Need major clean up overall. The room design itself feels creepy

As a Platinum Accor Member, I felt that my stay was mediocre. The restaurant felt too cramped; it felt like eating in a food court. I struggled to find a staff member who could help me with my drink, let alone offer coffee. Overall, the experience felt unpleasant. However, thank you very much for the room upgrade. The drivers, Mas Pras and Mas Nugroho, were excellent. I will definitely request their services again on my next visit.
