When we arrived we saw that a lot of dogs were also guest in this hotel. One dog peed quite an against a chair. No reaction from anyone in the neighborhood . I attended discreet the personal. But for me it was bad start of stay in the hotel. In the evening we ordered a dinner. The food was not bad but cold and we had a waiting time of 1,5 hour before my dish arrived. The restaurant was chaotic organized. These situations don't make it likely that we book again this hotel.

A great pit stop on our journey south, very conveniently located just off the motorway. Comfy beds, secure parking on site and friendly, welcoming staff at check-in. Breakfast was very good and we also had a good dinner, although we found it a little pricey. There’s a swimming pool too, although we didn’t have time to use it. We would have appreciated some milk or creamer with the tea and coffee in the room, but overall a convenient and comfortable place for an overnight stop.

Nice stay on the way to South of France. Comfortable room. However there’s not real snacks options at the bar if you don’t want to have dinner at the restaurant. Shame as with babies restaurant was not an option we wanted to go for.

Location is strategic - just on a highway if you travel from/to the south of France from/to anywhere. Clean, spacious room, very soft bed, small territory to walk a bit with the baby, outdoor pool. I would suggest to include into the restaurant menu some proper simple baby food - simple chicken/vegetables soup, steamed fish fillet or chicken, boiled eggs. Standard potato frites and deeply fried chicken is not healthy for children and for small ones even it is dangerous and they do not even eat that.

I liked the spacious Executive Room and clean modern bathroom with walk-in shower. Service in the bar and restaurant was good. The hotel was busy but the staff coped well.

The restaurant has left myself and my family with food poisoning and ruined the start of our holiday. The food came out so quickly I can only assume it was pre cooked and reheated meaning it's been sat gathering bacteria. I am likely to submit a report to the local authority around this incident. When I told the staff about this they didn't seem interested, instead looked angry at me for telling them that a small amount of vomit got on your sheets, we did our best to wash it but seems like I've also been charged a cleaning fee of £51 with no warning or explanation.
