Very short staffed. We couldn’t get breakfast at 8am because the queues were so long because there wasn’t enough food to feed people. I waited 30mins for bread which, when it did arrive was frozen. There is a funny sign on entry warning customers that says food must be consumed on the premises or else they will be charged. As you are aware most customers use you hotel as a stop over so breakfast may need to be eaten whist travelling especially if the wait for eggs, bacon and basic breakfast foods aren’t being delivered. We were charged for a breakfast that simply didn’t exist until 10am! Very disappointing stay.

..lovely hotel in a great location along with friendly attentive staff.. The restaurant is beautiful and the food served was to a high standard … the wine list is extrensive.. this hotel is well worth a visit

Too expensive for what it is.

I stopped there on the way home from a business trip because I was tired. It's an Ibis and I often stay in Ibis hotels, so there were no surprises... It's similar to any other Ibis hotel. What's nice is the pool, but I didn't use it and the restaurant seems to have a nice wine cellar, but I didn't have wine. Free parking is also a plus. Location is convenient for people who want to reach the highway quickly. Given the fact that there's nothing interesting within a 5 min walking distance of the hotel, I find the price much too high. I wouldn't recommend this hotel if you plan to visit the city centre of Beaune on foot.

We enjoyed our stay and received very good service but our room 229 had some problems A/c worked but leaked from ceiling (water possibly condensation) One bathroom mirror light did not work Top bracket holding bathroom shower against wall came loose during our stay The room. linen. and towels were all very clean. well done to the staff but these other problems need to be checked out. Reception and restaurant staff all good

Have stayed many before and loved the hotel but this time was a sorry experience. Checking in was great but totally downhill after that. ▪︎ ROOM 119 ceiling tiles were stained possibly from leak in air-conditioning and wall beside bed badly scratched. ▪︎ Bar service was very slow and people were walking out after 20 mins wait. ▪︎ What appeared to be the Manager berated two staff in a very loud voice in front of all the customers. ▪︎ Menu was very limited in options compared to previous years and the specials board had disappeared. ▪︎ Two coach parties were being catered for and staff were unable to cope with non coach party guests. ▪︎ Breakfast was a similar situation and the coffee machines ran out of milk and nobody was around to sort the problem.
