Well located but not great

A very well located hotel for people travelling across France but the hotel is not the cleanest, most comfortable or most welcoming. The curtain in my room was worryingly dirty and did a poor job of keeping light out. The Aircon was noisy and ineffective and the whole hotel feels a bit dated even considering the price.

Always good at this hotel. Clean and tidy despite being really busy. Only wish would be they had dog specific rooms so that I could ask for a "no dog" room!

There’s no kettle. The TV didn’t work. Not enough towels. Lack of helpful staff and a very rude staff member demanding payment for a meal during the night when I had already given my room number and tried to pay but no one wanted. I didn’t see a problem as we were staying and obviously settled in full the following morning on check out. Not really acceptable

We are a retired couple who were on our leisurely way back to Calais for Le Shuttle. We had a good evening meal at the hotel after seeing the city centre by foot. This was easily accessed via the railway station which is just over the road. The hotel staff were welcoming and efficient. We have travelled through and around France for the past 40 years and have stayed at some not so good hotels but this is a very good one which we would highly recommend.
