We always stay here when the grand rederie is on and it is very handy to have somewhere central to bring our purchases back to and then to have a generous breakfast still available at 9.30

Well located - walking distance to pretty much everything, and because the train station is right there, there are also excellent bus connections. The rooms were large for a European Ibis Styles, as it seems it is a purpose built hotel rather than a refit of an old building which many Styles can be, so it all flows very well - large lift, large parking spaces, good bar and restaurant etc. Breakfast was a good continental selection, meats and cheeses always pleases along with breads, pastries, boiled eggs, yoghurt, fruit etc etc. The staff were really nice, especially Kim on reception!

Just one day after making our booking, my wife's medical condition meant we had to change our plans. We requested to shift our reservation to another Ibis in Paris, or to change the date at our current Amiens hotel, but were refused by Ibis staff who were unwilling to make any accomodations to our changed circumstances. I will NEVER stay at an Ibis again, since you clearly do not care about your customers.

The hotel room was nice but lacked air-conditioning. In the current heat wave, that made sleeping very difficult. The reception staff were always eager to assist but I couldn't say the same for the bar staff. The hotel runs a happy hour promotion 4-7pm daily but I never got the advertised happy hour price, it was always more expensive. Basement parking was very reasonable at €15 a day.

Hello! Thank you very much for taking the time to share your feedback following your visit. We are pleased that your stay went well overall, despite a few issues that we have duly noted—particularly the less-than-ideal service at the bar and, above all, the air conditioning malfunction in your room. We apologize for the inconvenience caused. Your feedback is very important to us and helps us improve! We look forward to welcoming you back! ibis Styles Amiens Centre

There were three of us travelling together. Two of us are wheelchair users. It was great that you could accommodate us. Sometimes we have trouble staying in the same hotel.
