Everything perfect, 99 percent, only 1 percent was less perfect: I was puzzled when I read the 2 separate automatic booking confirmations for us, 3 guests in 2 rooms. I wrote 2 long emails and sent a long REGISTERED letter by post mail, so that eventually, after this, I did receive a concise personal reply by email that the original booking was valid!!! Please excuse my first not understanding of your confirmation mails, they were much too long. I wish to stress that the gentleman with whom I made the initial booking by telephone spoke a classical french - and slowly!!! with me, a German, french speaking, too. (Eck. W.
