Dirty hotel and terrible service. I paid extra for early check-in at 11:00 a.m., but then I was told I had to arrive at 2:00 p.m. Nobody seemed to care that I had already paid for early check-in. When I finally entered my room at 2:30 p.m., it was dirty and had clearly not been cleaned. The receptionist was unfriendly, made annoyed facial expressions, and seemed surprised when I complained. After I showed her the dirty duvet, the trash left in the room, the dirty shower, and the used towels, she simply walked away without saying a word. An hour later, I was told to leave the room so it could be cleaned. After waiting another hour, I was informed that I would be given a different room instead. During my three-day stay, nobody changed the bed linen or even cleaned the floor. I am extremely disappointed with this stay and the overall quality of the service.

A little difficult to locate even using Google Maps as it is close to a pedestrian area. A little disappointed there was no parking ( we did not read the small print on the description page). Reception was no help at all when asked where to the best place to park our motorcycles. Hotel was nice though. Nice comfortable rooms, although a little small. Good shower and bathroom. Great location for wandering into the city, which is simply lovely. Breakfast in the morning was pretty good too, so apart from lack of a dedicated secure car park, pretty good hotel.
