Easy check in. Fluent English speaking despite my trying to speak French! Comfortable room, clean & quiet. Breakfast was okay but it was fairly basic. No decaff coffee in the machine. Personally thought breakfast overpriced but it’s convenient. Been here before & would come again.

It's an Ibis budget so it's not fancy but it's absolutely fine. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the shower worked well. It's about 10 minutes walk from the station, close to the river Somme and easy walking distance to all the main sights.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Plus for supplying water in the reception area, instead of us having to buy plastic bottles with water. Nice, clean room, good bed and bedlinen, clean bathroom. Good fire-/smoke-detectors, which meant we were woken up in the middle of the night two nights in a row by people trying to smoke in their rooms, setting off the fire-alarm. ok breakfast.

The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. Room basic but fine. Unfortunately there were some stains in the toilet and a large insect in my shower. The light in my bathroom also stopped working for a while (~hour)

Dirty hotel and terrible service. I paid extra for early check-in at 11:00 a.m., but then I was told I had to arrive at 2:00 p.m. Nobody seemed to care that I had already paid for early check-in. When I finally entered my room at 2:30 p.m., it was dirty and had clearly not been cleaned. The receptionist was unfriendly, made annoyed facial expressions, and seemed surprised when I complained. After I showed her the dirty duvet, the trash left in the room, the dirty shower, and the used towels, she simply walked away without saying a word. An hour later, I was told to leave the room so it could be cleaned. After waiting another hour, I was informed that I would be given a different room instead. During my three-day stay, nobody changed the bed linen or even cleaned the floor. I am extremely disappointed with this stay and the overall quality of the service.

You've been inside a dirty room (I mean, not cleaned yet by our housekeeping service. So of course you've found dirty towels etc...) and we are sorry about that. My colleague reacted quickly to provide you a clean room as soon as possible. We know that you've booked the early checkin, and this day, we were not good enough to make your stay satifying. A little difficult to locate even using Google Maps as it is close to a pedestrian area. A little disappointed there was no parking ( we did not read the small print on the description page). Reception was no help at all when asked where to the best place to park our motorcycles. Hotel was nice though. Nice comfortable rooms, although a little small. Good shower and bathroom. Great location for wandering into the city, which is simply lovely. Breakfast in the morning was pretty good too, so apart from lack of a dedicated secure car park, pretty good hotel.

My room faced the amazing Amiens Cathedral--every evening I saw the sun set behind it; every morning I could see the rising sunlight hit it. the fact that my room was on the fifth floor added to the magic, since I could watch birds flying below me, visiting different rooftops. I also loved the free sparkling water that was available on tap in the lobby.
