After a breakdown on the motorway we was taken to this hotel at 5am in the morning After a sleep in a nice clean warm room we spoke to the receptionists they was nice and friendly Their English was very good too Amazing experience in this lovely hotel Thank you all

Absolutely disappointed with the experience . Not on All Accor level AT all and should be audit. The only salvation are the ladies receptionist ( they had a guy on the evenings that couldn’t solve it any problem and would always request me to take it in the morning with the other receptionist that would promptly solve it). The carpets are absolutely disgusting (I have pics of dead bugs on it) very old and smells “old” . My allergies were so bad the entire time I was there.
