Hotel is tired and run down looking from the outside. the bedroom was in desperate need of updating and worse of all the air con was not working on a very hot day in June! The restaurant was shut although the lady working reception made us some chicken salads which was much appreciated. We did not get our free drinks as part of our Accor program either. On the plus side the restaurant area was nice and fresh looking and the staff that we encountered where excellent. This hotel falls well below the standard that we have come to expect from Novotel and I will not be using it again.

Dear Sophie S., Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sorry for the inconvenience you experienced regarding the hot water during your stay. This was due to an unexpected technical issue: hot water was restored by the end of the evening, and the first 2 nights of your stay went smoothly. On the third night, a pipe unfortunately burst, which caused a temporary interruption. We fully understand that this may have been uncomfortable, and we sincerely apologize for the disruption. As a gesture of goodwill, a complimentary drink compensation was offered. Regarding the rate, the price was €151.30 per night, including breakfast.
