We stayed for a week here. The hotel was in a very central location, within walking distance of shops and restaurants and right next to the cathedral. The room was very spacious and comfortable and clean.

I missed that you did not offer parking. I was sick during my stay and it would have been exceptional customer service if you would have offered a late check out free of charge when I asked.

As usual we enjoyed our visit to Amiens. The glitz was that your ice machine was not working so no ice. Couldn't someone and gone next door and asked for some or was it not even possible to go to the supermarket less than 100 metres away and got a bag or two? Pathetic. such lack of initative results in our marking you down I am afraid.
