As usual we enjoyed our visit to Amiens. The glitz was that your ice machine was not working so no ice. Couldn't someone and gone next door and asked for some or was it not even possible to go to the supermarket less than 100 metres away and got a bag or two? Pathetic. such lack of initative results in our marking you down I am afraid.

The personnel was very kind and professional. We could enter in the room earlier as it was already ready. The room was very big and with a lot of light. Water was offered in the room and in the hall. The location is very central.

Lovely large room on the top floor facing the cathedral, the hotel is also well placed for shopping and eating and close to the cathedral car park as parking is an issue. Good choice of foods for breakfast and staff were friendly & helpful.
