We booked this hotel at a midway point for Disney. Location is excellent for that - however upon arrival, and hotel smelt terrible. It had an odour of musky cigarette throughout ever corridor and also in the room. We didn’t expect the world from this hotel due to the price, however we did expect as it is part of the Accor chain something a bit better. Not only was the smell awful, but the beds, honestly the most uncomfortable night sleep ever. They are literally rock solid. You’d probably be comfier sleeping on the floor, if you want a good nights sleep after travel I would not recommend the is hotel! In actual fact, I wouldn’t recommend it regardless. I had a second night booked here a couple of nights after, and it was that awful the first night, I cancelled the stay, losing the money I spent on the hotel stay and booked the Novotel just up the road! Honestly, even if you are working on a budget, do not book this hotel!

As I do in the many hotels where I stay overnight ,after closing the door on leaving my bed room,I check the door is locked by trying the handle to open the door. On returning after having dinner nearby at around 21.30 hrs the bedroom door would not unlock. Reception was closed and there was no response on the phone A kind Frenchman assisted me and after 30 minutes or so access was gained using the contact on the outside help screen/phone. In the morning I was informed by reception that, by checking the door is locked after closing, this somehow affects the locking mechanism and prevents the room code from unlocking the door on return ! How would a client know this and not to do this ? and so be locked out? I stay often in FI Hotels and this is the first time I have had this problem !,and never in other hotels . This problem prevented me using the toilet overnight and the shower in the morning as I was not prepared to leave the door open and risk my valuables being stolen . Secondly despite your website stating a "large car park" I was unable to access with my car and trailer due to the necessity to turn immediately on partially entering I was not a happy client.

I had a very good stay at this F1 hotel in Amiens. A minor niggle was that one of the three showers on my floor had a broken bracket to hold the shower hose so it kept falling down. A major problem is directed at F1 and not this particular hotel, the WiFi was completely insecure and required no guest login details and as a result my secure laptop and mobile phone and Kindle Fire eReader ALL refused to allow its use. Similarly I was unable to use the electric car charging system as F1 had failed to properly register the validity of the barcode stickers attached to the charging machines. Both of these IT problems should be addressed by F1 central management at this hotel and others.

Als wir ankamen, lungerten seltsame Gestalten vor dem Haus. Das war schon eine beunruhigende Erfahrung - und die Rezeption war nicht mehr besetzt . Dann ging es weiter ins Zimmer. Wir waren zu Dritt und benötigten das Etagenbett. Dort war schon länger nicht mehr sauber gemacht worden - und auch Bett und Kissen mussten wir selbst beziehen. Die Unisex-Toiletten hatten was von Festival Dixies. Bereits kurz nach der Reinigung waren sie besudelt. Auch die Anzahl war zu gering für die Menge der Zimmer. Wir waren froh, als wir die Nacht hinter uns gebracht hatten und abreisen durften.

Das Hotel ist sehr einfach, dem Preis entsprechend. Alles wurde sauber vorgefunden. Die Größe und spärliche Einrichtung des Zimmers entspricht dem Preis und ist für eine Nacht ausreichend. Das Frühstück war ein einfaches Buffet.

La réservation annonce "Grand lit" mais en fait il sagit d'un 140cm. Pour 2 grands gabarits, c'est juste. Les photos sont trompeuses, on ne voit pas les toilettes privés qui sont posés entre l'accès direct à la douche et le lavabo. Les coins dans son ensemble demanderaient à être récurés. Et la cuvette entartrée des wc également. Le matelas confortable pour une nuit. La literie est propre. Pas de bruit ce qui est également un +, petit déjeuner basique mais suffisant. Bon accueil. Rapport qualité-prix correct.
