Very clean, pleasant staff, comfortable bed, great location (near major road and commercial zone)

Every thing was great except for some noisy guests that disturbed my sleep at 3am by talking very loudly. It would be helpful to have some signage up reminding guests to be mindful of noise after 11pm.

No crockery only paper cup at breakfast. There were no coat hangers and no hand towels provided, so extra expense at having to buy some.Obviousl the companies cost cutting is reducing the F 1’s previous good name. We have used F 1 for many years and so are sorry to see it declne, and would no longer recommend it to our friends
When finally in, things were fine!

Frustrating start as unable to access my reserved room on first floor as staircase was sealed off for building work. No signs to indicate alternative access and no reception staff to assist as I arrived just after 9pm. Room fine, when I eventually got in. Decent breakfast, apart from the usual terrible Accor coffee. Staff friendly.
As expected, great value

Only problem was opening the gate for the parking in the morning. Had to wait for another driver with the code
Next time I will spend €30 more and stay in a Holiday Inn!

Words cannot describe how bad this hotel is. We got to the room and it had a top sheet which was dirty - fortunately the pillow cases and top sheets were ok. The mattress consisted of a 4inch thick bit of foam on top of a hard wooden plank - I would have been more comfy on the floor. The walls were dirty and had food (or god knows what else) stuck to it There is only a sink in the bedroom - no toilet or shower. This is not clear on the Accor Hotels website. The toilets and showers are communal and were not pleasant at all, after a round trip to Paris I didn’t even bother showering. We were also kept up all night by people slamming their bedroom doors going to the toilets in the middle of the night. At 4am I gave up with sleep and read until 8am and then left as quick as I could. It is really not worth trying to save money for €30 when you can stay at a HolidayInn for €70 and have the comforts every human being deserves.
