Serious Safety Concerns and Unacceptable Guest Experience The staff were unprofessional and their attitude was disappointing. The level of service did not meet the standards expected from a five-star hotel. My experience was unsatisfactory, and I would not recommend this hotel based on the service I received. Furthermore, the room appeared outdated, poorly maintained, and in need of renovation. The condition of the room did not reflect the standards expected from a five-star hotel, and the overall comfort level was disappointing. Compared to previous visits, the quality of the hotel has noticeably declined, and the overall guest experience is no longer at the level that Mövenpick was once known for. What is even more concerning is the presence of a nightclub within the hotel that appears to be poorly managed and associated with a negative reputation. It is difficult to understand how a venue with such concerns can operate within a prestigious and long-established Mövenpick hotel. The atmosphere, level of professionalism, and behavior tolerated there are inconsistent with the standards of safety, quality, and guest care that visitors expect from a renowned five-star property. During our visit, my friend was called into the nightclub manager's office and was subsequently physically assaulted, resulting in a fractured nose. The injury was documented through official medical reports issued by both Prince Hamzah Hospital and the Saudi Hospital in Amman, confirming a nasal bone fracture. An official police report was filed regarding the incident, and legal counsel has been appointed to pursue the matter through the appropriate legal channels. It is deeply concerning that such an event could occur inside a nightclub operating within a Mövenpick hotel, a brand that is known worldwide for guest safety, hospitality, and professionalism. In my opinion, the management and operation of the nightclub are harming the reputation of the hotel and undermining guest confidence in the property's commitment to safety and quality. Given the seriousness of this incident and the concerns surrounding the hotel's security and management practices, I intend to escalate this matter to Mövenpick and Accor corporate management and request a formal investigation into the hotel's security standards, operational procedures, and overall service quality.

Reservation was very easy, many thanks to Ms. Orabi, for helping us with the reservation, very accommodative, excellent communication and very pleasant to work with. The rooms are clean and comfortable, staff is very helpful and welcoming. This our second time staying at the Hotel, I will go back whenever I visit Amman.

I had an executive suite and had two visits within a week, in both visits i have Faced some challenges at the beginning for the baby bed and safe operation, however i got an extra bed (not in good condition) but we managed it
