We have stayed at several ibis hotels internationally, but unfortunately, this experience did not meet our expectations of the ibis brand. Despite paying a relatively high price for our stay, the overall value for money was disappointing. One particular inconvenience was the lack of readily available drinking water in the room. We had to either fill a glass ourselves or collect bottled water from near the bar, which was inconvenient for guests. Additionally, the room did not provide basic amenities such as a dental or toilet kit, shaving kit, or other essential toiletries. Considering the price charged, we expected a more comfortable and convenient experience with better attention to guests’ basic needs. Based on our previous stays at other ibis hotels, we expected a better standard of comfort, convenience, and service. Unfortunately, this stay was not worth the amount paid. We hope the hotel management will take this feedback constructively and improve the quality of amenities and overall guest experience.
