New hotel, new facilities. Great venue too. Near to KSL and Holiday Plaza. Not too good was the flushing system. Flushing button Abit hard to press and have to use extra strength to press down the button. Toilet bowl flushing system have some issue too, water does not stop flowing, but it was rectified after the maintenance guy was there. Breakfast wise, not more choices though, highlight was the blender machine; which we use it to blend watermelon juice.

Great place to stay! However, it would be best to update the location marker in Grab app as the current pickup point is not accurate and a few drivers have cancelled on us after unable to find the location of the pickup point

We had a wonderful two-night stay at Novotel JB City Centre. The hotel's convenient city centre location right beside KSL Mall made everything easily accessible. As it was newly opened in Dec 2025, all the amenties and furnishings were superbly clean and in excellent working condition. The overall experience was fantastic, and we will definitely be returning for another stay in the near future.

- could not adjust the aircon temperature. even after feedback on the first night, was still unable to get the temperature to a comfortable level. it was way too cold - housekeeping was not well done, there was a coffee cup left unwashed and the coffee was still inside - requested for laundry bags on the second night but did not get any WOULD LIKE TO REQUEST THAT THE HOTEL PROVIDE ANOTHER 2 NIGHTS OF COMPLIMENTARY STAY
