1. We are only given 1 room card per room, when we asked for 2 cards, we are told it is not possible. There’s 2 of us in the room which makes it ultra inconvenient when we head out separately for our own activities. 2. There is no master switch in the room, had to run everywhere just to switch off everything before sleeping. 3. The aircon cannot be adjusted, it is locked to the central system. It gets freezing or stuffy on several occasions and there is nothing we can do about it. 4. The aircon system is also linked with the air vents system for the toilet. It was way too cold in the night and we resorted to switching off the aircon, the next thing we knew, the toilet sinks badly. The sewage smell coming from the toilet pipes was smelling rotten and very strong smelling that fills up the toliet space quickly.
