Newest hotel around KSL area. Reception was friendly and very courteous. We booked 1 family room and 1 king bed room, but were assigned rooms at different floors. Will be good if hotel can arrange rooms nearby each other. Reception was kind to extend checkout time to 1pm. Room is comfortable and decent size. Suggest to have 2 rinsing cups in the bathrooms.

Hotel room is clean but toilet paper just not enough for our stay and we have to bring the tissue paper inside the toilet as there is no spare toilet roll inside the room. I have booked 3 rooms under my name and being an Accor gold member (I stayed in room 2806) I have a welcome drink which I can appreciate. However the experience is not good as the other 2 rooms don’t get welcome drink and if the hotel can be flexible with the welcome drink which is just a small gesture for my guests as they are also hotel guest too. I feel that the way the staff are trained .. no one can understand where I am coming from and as a result we shared 2 cans of coke with 6 of us to make the situation less embarrassing ..
