There were a few issues that affected my stay. The air-conditioning blower was quite noisy whenever it switched on to cool the room to the set temperature. This was particularly noticeable at night and disrupted my sleep. In addition, the bathroom water tap was not securely fastened and felt loose, which raised concerns about its condition and maintenance. Overall, the stay was pleasant due to the excellent location and room design, but improvements to the air-conditioning system and bathroom fittings would greatly enhance the guest experience.

The hotel's location is excellent, and the Front Office staff were friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. There are a few areas that could be improved: 1) The air-conditioning became warmer at night even though I did not adjust the temperature. 2) The mini fridge was not cold enough compared to those in other hotels I have stayed at. 3) Housekeeping forgot to make up my room on the second day. I had to call at around 4pm before it was attended to. 4) The filtered water tap was not securely fixed and could move and rotate when in use. Other than these issues, everything else was good. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would definitely return. I would also recommend this hotel to my friends.
