Given that its a hotel which is less than 6 months old, the hotel room aircon was not performing well. it was rather humid, and needed the off all the lights in the room for the room to cool down. and ending the trip with rashes on both of my leg, blankets/bed might not be that clean afterall. also, there was a power trip of about 3 hours, and none of the staff actually informed or came by to assure us. instead we had to head down to the reception to check if the power is back.

The checking counter was so convenient and efficient Shout out loud to chief chef Mr Michael Koh and his team. They personally took care of the prep to the meals and ensuring freshness of the food. Taking care into what might be the guest preference and taste bud. Varieties of spread on the 3 days and thank you Special thanks to Mr Silas Beh who was giving his best service during dining. He even rendered a blanket as the dining area is very cold. My observation seeing him assisted a wheel chair gentlemen throughout his dining and what a service. Kudos!!! All the above giving me the impression that - I would definitely come stay at Novotel whenever I am in Johore Bahru

The air con was warm until the service engineer came to service it. The next morning it was warm again and by 10plus, the whole building faced electricity tripped and we had to check out.

I stayed at a new hotel that opened less than a month ago, and overall, it was a convenient place to stay. The location is great because I could easily access many different places around the area. However, being a new hotel, there were some quality control issues—things weren’t perfect, and there were some areas that still needed improvement. Despite that, the staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to help me with any questions or requests I had, which made a big difference in my experience.
