However, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused due to the absence of a table in your room. Kindly allow us to share that the room you had booked falls under our Standard Room category, which based on its layout, does not include a table. On the day of your arrival, we were running at full occupancy, which limited our ability to offer an immediate alternative. As such, my colleague offered to arrange a room change the following day. We completely understand that moving rooms during your stay can be inconvenient, and we truly appreciate your patience and understanding. Dear Mr Tan, Thank you once again for taking the time to share your feedback following your recent stay at Ibis Styles Johor Iskandar Puteri. We truly appreciate your comments and sincerely apologize for the areas where we may have fallen short. Regarding your concern about the invoice, as mentioned earlier, since your booking was made through an Online Travel Agency (OLTA) and was prepaid, the invoice must be issued by the OLTA, as payment was not made directly to the hotel. Nonetheless, we are happy to provide a stay summary upon request for your reference. We also acknowledge your feedback regarding our staff’s understanding of e-invoicing, and we regret if the interaction came across as insensitive or lacking knowledge. Please rest assured that we are taking this matter seriously and will be conducting additional internal training to ensure our team is better equipped to handle such queries in the future. With regard to your comments about the location, we understand your concern and truly empathize. While the development surrounding our hotel is still in progress and somewhat beyond our control, we are actively engaging with the local council to advocate for improvements and further developments in the area. The location, while still growing, does offer a peaceful and quiet environment, and we are also strategically located near key tourist spots such as LEGOLAND, Puteri Harbour, and Sunway Big Box. As for breakfast, we strive to offer a balanced selection that aligns with our 3-star economy hotel brand standards. While we may not have an extensive spread like upscale hotels, we aim to cater to a variety of tastes and dietary needs within the scope of our concept, and we are continuously exploring ways to enhance our offerings based on guest feedback.
