The room was dusty and caused my nose to sneeze. There were red stains on the bed sheet.

The hotel is located inside industrial area which must use grab to G. to city. The bedroom is clean and nice, even though the bedroom size is small. But overall is good. Thank you.

Great little touches for families and the family room with bunk beds was perfect. The play book in reception was brilliant and all the staff were great!

Lock broken and take 90 minute to fix. Delaying our schedule.

Generally the experience was good but I was very disappointed that you do not provide slippers in the room and I had to virtually beg for a pair of slippers. I had called the front desk 3 times. It took more than half an hour to fulfill my request. I had gotten fedup and went down to collect the slippers. Wehn I came up two guys from your housekeeping team were waiting at my door. Thsi is very unbecoming of teh Accor Brand.
