Very clean and new concept interior design to me. Compact design without wardrobe is good for short stay or business travel purpose. Nice standard accessories. Shout out for En Zul frontdesk manager for his generosity (a little misunderstanding because my room reservation should comes with breakfast for two). Thank you for kind understanding.

We always stay at Ibis Iskandar Puteri when we stay over in JB, as it is away from the crowd and heavy traffic. We drive so the location is not an issue. As always, the rooms are clean every time we stay here, and the staff are friendly. The old uncle security guard even recognise us as we stayed at this hotel multiple times in a year.

Reception & Security: Exceptional service, extremely friendly and very helpful. Telephone operator: Not that good. F&B (breakfast): Worse.... at 9.50am food was empty except for bread.... at 10.15am, they only refill the meehoon goreng. Staff at restaurant not friendly and we feel unwelcome. Room: Good and we are satisfied.
