We\'re glad to hear that your overall stay and service experience were good. We truly regret the delay during your check-in process. While our standard check-in time is from 3:00 PM, we do provide complimentary early check-in whenever rooms are available. In this instance, there was unfortunately a miscommunication between our team members, which led to the delay. Please rest assured that we have taken note of this and will conduct retraining to ensure better coordination when handling room availability in the future. We\'re glad to hear that you had a generally good stay, but I’m sorry to learn that some aspects of your experience didn’t meet your expectations. Regarding cleanliness, I’ve already passed on your comments to our housekeeping team to ensure they continue to focus on improving our room standards. As for the location, while it might not be convenient for every guest, we’re ideally placed in the middle of several popular spots, including LEGOLAND Malaysia, Johor Premium Outlet, Sunway Big Box, and Puteri Harbour, all just a short drive away. Plus, the peaceful environment here provides a welcome break from the hustle and bustle of the city, which many of our guests enjoy. If you’re planning to visit any nearby attractions next time, we’d be happy to offer recommendations based on your preferences.
