The fact that there's a poster of sexual crime abuse and how the key cards are designed to encourage customers to be one with nature and have a pleasant stay is marvelous. How can I contact the HR of this hotel? There's a worker who works in Iskandar Puteri and he's searching for a new job in the hotel industry.

Enjoyable stay

Everything was great except the following:- 1. Plaster ceiling paint chips were debonding when rain shower was used , got some paint chips on my hair and had to wash it off. Please check as it can affect other guest using it. 2. New bath towels, however one of it was badly stained. Feels unhygienic. We did request for replacements. 3. Room AC was noisy in the night despite being a new property. 4. Light above bath sink was not working.

A bit disappointed

Last few trips stay was perfect, but this trip a bit disappointed , although my room was activated “ Do Not Disturb “ when I going out for some work, but when I came back I was realized that someone came into my room and put a plate of fruits in my room. Globally hotel is practice once room guests turn on DND, nobody allows to go in room unless get permission from the room guests.

Good stay, rooms are clean, some shortcomings

Efficient check in/out process, rooms are relatively clean. But front desk had checked me into a room that had no wifi access and amenities were used. Had to request for a new room. Nearby has nothing, some eateries or convenient stores would be nice.

ive booked thru bookings.com. during check in the front desk said room with queen bed was not available. thus they gave me a room w 2 single bed. but i agreed w it. i check out early. during check out, the front desk ask for payment while i booked thru bookings.com usually payment have been made on the spot. she said that time got problem. later she said she still can deduct w/o the physical card n i said ok. bcs of this issue i forgot my luggage at the lobby. while driving back to kl, i was at simpang renggam n received call from hotel said i left my back. why cant they call earlier? i have to turned back n facing the traffic jammed. took me around 1 hr to reach the hotel back. once i got there, no one at the front desk. took my bag n straight away left the hotel.

Hotel is new and very clean

Hotel is very now, albeit quite deserted. But only two minor issues encountered, booked the hotel on ACCOR website but hotel could not find the booking. It takes around half hour (before i almost had to leave the hotel to find another space to stay), that they managed to find the booking but not with the room that i booked (seems like the reservations was rejected as they don't have the type of room) but nobody knows. Also i don't really see any benefits being Platinum member. Despite the hotel seems to be particularly empty, there is no upgrade of any rooms to suite.

My room was not been makeup on the extended stay on Saturday 07 May 2022 when i back to my room around 9:30pm, trying to call the operator /housekeeping several time but no one answer my call , went down to to reception , the front office staff claims no phone was ringing and maybe the auto forwarding call to front desk are not function. I did mention to front office to clean my room when i made the payment for the extension night and turned on " to makeup my room" light before i left the hotel but it seems there is a communication breakdown in hotel. No one makeup my until i come back at night.

Check in was seamless, however we understand the peak week of May, the front office manager seems very stressful to all. we booked 3 nights in 2 separate booking, requested combine our stay with same room, the FO manager told it has been done, the next morning a staff came to our room and asked if we wanted to extend our stay? Overall was good, check out staff was friendly, a lady staff.

Hotel looks new, cosy and most importantly, it's clean. Hotel is very accommodating especially Manesa who get in touch with me to confirm my booking (book through ALL) and make necessary arrangement. The only downside is location. Even though it's near to Legoland (10 mins drive) and nearby to many eateries place and convenient stores, the hotel is smack in the middle of empty industrial / shop-lot. Night time looks a bit creepy but still safe to live in it. One good thing is, quiet. I can have a good night sleep without noise pollution. Overall, a great stay and i don't mind to be back to this Ibis hotel if the hotel keep up the hospitality and the room condition.

Overall, the room is clean, and the stay was decent. I’ve stayed with ibis many times and in many countries and has many good feedback on the hotel chain as it’s mainly price competitive with basic needs for a stay for the night. This hotel is also newly set up, hence, nothing is run down or spoilt. I’ve booked the room from Agoda on the day of the stay. It was holiday season and I was glad to find a room last minute. However, when I got to the hotel at 10:30pm, the front desk officer was surprised that I had made a booking. He wasn’t pleased that there was a booking on the day itself and expressed that they have informed all booking platforms to stop taking in bookings for the day as they were full. At that moment, my heart sank. Where am I going to find a place to stay so late at night? I’ve booked a room thinking that I’ve secured a place to stay for the night. The front desk officer really got me worried since he repeated several times that the hotel was full. I thought that he’s turn me away. After looking into the system, and I’ve already pre-paid for the accommodation, he gave me a room. That moment of worry with a kid in tow isn’t a pleasant feeling at the beginning of the check in. I’m not sure what is the process of stopping the online websites to receive bookings, however, we customers have no idea. And to then get a room in the end when “we are full for the night”, is also not truthful. I can understand that it’s holiday season, and there will be many reasons for not taking in bookings. As customers, I don’t wish to be on the receiving end of any frustrations that something didn’t work, and creating a worry of what to do if there genuinely isn’t a room available. I hope that I don’t need to face this worry late at night again.

New Hotel but Air conditioner not working!!

After complaint of not working air conditioner, the hotel staffs changed the rooms several times on the same floor which also have the same problem. Finally they moved us to another room in another floor which the air con is working but room was definitely smaller(downgraded). Staffs are friendly though.
