great location with very convenient public transport, we were not able to check in early but the staff was kind, we would like daily room service, we were only provided two body towels and there were not body or hair towels, but they were kindly provided when we asked. Parking was clean and safe.

Won't stay at ibis ever again,terrible experience at krakow, had to ask to have room cleaned ,at breakfast time had the most embarrassing ordeal ever ,went to use ketchup to put on my breakfast and got covered in it all over my shirt, no apology never again.

I was attending a conference and became ill with a back complaint. My wife contacted the receptionist (Gabriella) who was very helpful and organised a taxi and spoke to the local hospital who diagnosed my problem. Gabriella went far beyond what was expected of her and was very helpful and kind.
