I was changed twice for the same night. I paid via Trip.com. The gentleman at reception told me I had not paid and would need to pay again. I explained that I had just booked and paid via Apple Pay. He would not accept this. I was asked to pay again. I have now been changed twice. The person I called refused to discuss this with me when I asked her to look at the record of my stay, though this is something she could easily do. Poor service on all fronts and I now have to waste my time chasing this refund.

The house keeping was pretty for me for a person who was staying for 12 nights. Had to be asking room to be cleaned every day for the first week,they eventually got the message.Other than that ,it was good.

Check in was easy, friendly receptionist. Room clean and serviceable. Aircon in room fluctuates between cold and hot, making it difficult to be comfortable as the unit blows air directly onto the bed. T/c facilities kept in strange place that made no sense, no power for the kettle in that part of the room. Bathroom fan on 24/7 creating noise making it difficult to sleep. Noise complaint regards room next door with little action taken by night team. Visited bar briefly, the lone team member openly playing on his phone as it wasn't busy was not a good look. Breakfast leaves a lot to be desired, the hotel was not very busy and the breakfast should have been plated in order to keep product fresh. Instead, all items sitting under hot lamps becoming barely edible. Plates on buffet wet from dish washer and not polished. Staff not very friendly and welcoming, creates an awkward atmosphere.
