My room (100) appeared ti be next ti a equipment room. Throughout the night i could hear regular buzzing /vibration which kept me awake. The bed was lumpy . Bottled water i was promised never arrived. Trip to bar generally meant waiting for staff to notice me or staff member trying to keep up with amount of people waiting to get served, this happened on all my previous visits. The car park charges are pretty extortionate too.

Only stopped off to break a long journey. Hotel looked quite grubby and run down from the exterior but the reception area and bar were much nicer once you got inside the property. Stayed in an executive double room but was quite disappointed as really not up to the standards of other Accor hotels we’ve stayed in. The room was very tired,the carpet was grubby with marks on the walls. The sink in the bathroom drained really slowly, the shower was tiny and really low ceiling, and the coffee machine in the room didnt work. However the bed was comfortable and it was really quiet in the hotel and the breakfast was good. It was ok for one night stop off but wouldn’t choose to stay again.
