Due to parties for wedding that I was not a guest of I was placed near the conference room (69) the music was so loud that it was vibrating the cupboard door in the room. Also the bed wasn’t comfortable, I had to cancel my dessert when I went for dinner a it still hadn’t arrived after waiting 15 min even though the restaurant wasn’t full and when I needed a receipt with Bank details on they said they couldn’t give it. I spoke to the manager and he want and got me it. The stairs and how to get to the room was along way from reception with a suitcase which wasn’t explained when booked or asking if room access was needed. I wouldn’t stay again

I have stayed more than 80 nights at Accor chain hotels acrross the Uk in this year. Therefore I have a lot of points for a fair comparision. Room 106 is not suitable for a comfortable sleeping because there is kind of a humming sound keep continue all night. Receptionist also came to my room and checked himself. He was kind, could not offer another room since hotel was fully booked which is understandable. The noise was not from a ventilation but somewhere behind from the ceiling. I asked if could use my spa rewards of 100 Eur yet could not get an answer. Complimentary breakfast offered after I check with another receptionist. Staff should have enough knowledge of loyalty program.

We were warmly welcomed and given the keys to our room which was stunning it's is an older part of the hotel and had the feature of exposed original beams in the room.beautiful shower. We met Hollie who had processed our booking as return visitors and she was really delighted to welcome us and ensure we felt at home. The spa was great and we managed to sneak in massages and a facial. Thank you Martine you were fantastic. All the staff are so friendly the house keeping team stop to speak when passing in the corridor. We are in the restaurant and the food was super, a great mix of dishes.
