I would say the only complaint I would have is that the first night our AC would only set to a certain temperature which was not comfortable for us. However we did not complain. Ou on our return for our second night, the AC worked great.

The location is excellent and amenities are great with friendly staff. However, I feel that you overcharge for Room Service. Paying Kes 4000/- after having booked Bed and Breakfast felt a bit exobirtant. I feel that Kes 500-1000/- is reasonable and not charging per person.
