I had an excellent stay at Gem Forest. The hotel is beautifully designed, incredibly modern, elegant, and very welcoming. The rooms are stylish, spacious, and extremely comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. The staff were exceptionally kind, professional, and always willing to help. The restaurants were outstanding, with delicious food and a great atmosphere. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Nairobi, it's one of the best hotel experiences I've had. 10/10.

My stay was excellent, every staff member I interacted with was kind, friendly, professional and able to help with any request or question I had whether with helping adjust the number of days the stay was as well as refunding for the nights I could not stay, to amenity locations on site to even how and who is the best safari adventure in town. The hotel is surrounded by many things to do and see, the waterfall in the forest was beautiful and only a 10 minute walk also the Village market that was a quick 7 min Uber ride away was a great shopping experience. Overall the hotel provided an experience I would expect from a 5 star property and I would absolutely stay again if ever in the area.
