I had a good stay at the hotel BUT there are some significant things that need improvement. One, the toiletries in the bathrooms are terrible - they leave an aloe Vera-like film on the skin and do not cleanse. Two, the entire hotel has a damp smell. I’m not sure if it comes from the sewage or the air conditioning, but for a 5 star hotel this is not acceptable. Else the staff were all very helpful and polite.

Best part of the stay was the staff. Friendly, outgoing, always willing to help. From the moment I arrived, the staff treated me like I was the only guest in the hotel - can't compliment the staff enough. The property is design forward and I appreciate that it's trying to differentiate itself in the market. But for a business trip, the interiors can be a bit much, especially if you are staying for a week. Breakfast was excellent. Dinner menu needs a bit of work, it didn't feel like the food options matches what I would have expected from a property like this. Rooftop bar was excellent.
