We had a lovely five-days long stay with our family of two adults and two children aged 9 and 11. We were given interconnected rooms, which worked really well. Your staff is polite and forthcoming. The hotel is clean and stylish. The restaurants serve great food and drinks at all times of the day. The only thing I was curious about is whether I stayed at a hotel or a movie set. People seemed to be filming and photographing each other all the time, especially in the ground floor restaurant and in the sky bar. I am not very comfortable ending up on someone's blog or social media. Also, the use of strong lamps and the watching of the recently filmed clips on loud cell phone speakers is frankly disturbing. I get how it's in your own interest in terms of marketing to appear in lots of people's social media feeds. But I really encourage you to lay down some rules for that kind of activity. Maybe limit it to two or three spots, and at least do ask people to not use lamps and not play back the sound on phone speakers. Thank you!

Overall not good. Thw rooms are cramped and storage extremely limited. Cleaning doesnt come, even when "clean room" light it on. Pool is super small. Electronics in room are faulty. Turning the AC fan up turns all the lights on. The breakfast buffet is great. The style and location of the hotel is lovely. Hotel wouldn't give me same deal booking.com gave, even though I'm an Allcor member.
