Loved the customer service and the bedroom. had problems with my showers. 1st room, water couldnt get cold, 2nd room it took sometime for the water to be hot. the indian restaurant, kahani, was my favorite restaurant.

Check in was smooth, purity was so professional and welcoming. Our room was top tier! Dinner was the icing on the cake. From our able waiter Gabriel to the lovely beef steak! Compliments to the chef. Our room was clean and well organized. Breakfast host miss Jane was so lovely! Never felt such a warm welcome with a lovely 😊. Miss Ann made sure our tummies were full with her recommendations and swift services. Checkout with Brian at the reception was amazing. We had such a lovely time. Would definitely recommend!!

We enjoyed the breakfasts and the timing very much. It was so nice to be able to sit there even a little after 10:00 and enjoy our coffee instead of being shoohed out right at 10:00 as some hotels would do. Room service, if needed, was timely, with very good food.
