We stayed over new year with my sister & husband & had intended to extend our trip by 2 days but moved to another property because the service was terrible. No one picking up calls when we called reception in the morning, no help with luggage at checkout, rude phone manner when ordering room service, no towels in room, snail pace service at pool bar. Would not come back or recommend. Only warm member of team was Danson, but despite several requests to acknowledge my sister’s 42nd anniversary with any small gesture, nothing was done.

Well located, professional and courteous staff, unique lovely interior design which makes a big difference after a long day for work. Nice rooftop and the pool was fantastic.
