We are delighted to know that you were satisfied overall and that you particularly enjoyed the quality of our food, the professionalism of our reception, restaurant, security, and housekeeping teams. Your kind comparison of our breakfast offering is sincerely appreciated and will certainly encourage our culinary team. At the same time, we regret that certain facilities and amenities did not fully meet your expectations. Please accept our apologies regarding the shower and toilet washing facilities, bathroom amenities such as solid soap and sandals, and the limited in-room supplies including dental kits and shaving kits. Kindly note that dental kits and other personal amenities are available upon request; however, we understand your point that availability and convenience are essential, especially considering the room rate. Your concerns regarding water bottle quantities, the distance to breakfast at Pullman, and access to the gym and swimming pool have also been carefully noted. We understand that ease of access and value for money are key considerations, and your feedback has been shared with management for review as we continuously work to enhance our facilities and overall guest experience. We certainly understand your disappointment and appreciate you bringing this to our attention. With regard to the room amenities, thank you for your constructive suggestions. Please note that dental kits (toothbrush and toothpaste) are available upon request and can be promptly delivered to the room at no additional charge. Your recommendations concerning shoe-shining accessories, toilet covers, aftershave gel, bathrobes, mosquito repellent, and the speed of the power backup system have been shared with the relevant departments for review and improvement.
