Satisfied, compared to the other similar hotels I stayed in Nairobi b the last 2 years(I visited nairobi for over 12 times), Mercure needs to improve some key facilities, utilities like room shower, washing facilities around the toilet (never found any hotel esp star 3, star 4, star 5) with no water flash washing option , never saw any hotel with no hard/solid soap, sandals in the room(only saw/received 1 shoes for shower /bed room). Otherwise, the receptionists are super, people in the restaurant and room service super, the taste of food is best(even compared to Pullman breakfast), seems the room cost expensive, compared to similar other hotels?...security staff all good. Room cleaners/house keeping team good though services and facilities like tooth brush/dental kit, shavers are not always available despite the room expense is too much compared to what is included/available in the room. Water bottles(only 2 small water bottles not sufficient as the town is too hot and demands more water supply/access to drink. Break fast should have been availed at Mercure than walking such a long distance to Pullman. Also lack of jim and swimming pull at mercure rather walking to pullman. Otherwise , I am satisfied(7/10)😊

I like the ambience and the environment however you need to improve on a few things one I was charged for lake Victoria fish bill but the waiter served me with a pond/caged fish, I was not happy. Second the rooms need to be improved in terms of providing sealed toothpaste and brush, modern shoes shining brushes, toilet covers, after shave jelly, bathrobes, mosquito repellent,power back system is very slow

Attentive and resourceful service. Amazing staff, from the reception desk, room cleaning staff, to the room service staff. My only complaint is that the beef lasagna could be better.
