Room is perfect, hotel is new, however few issues was negatively affecting my stay, such as AC instability, TV service is unstable as well, and the big one is unavailability of food variability, food menu is very limited.

This was my second stay at Novotel, and I'm already planning to return, The staff and management are exceptionally kind and welcoming. The breakfast is absolutely amazing - definitely worthy of a top 5+ hotel. The top-floor restaurant/bare, lounge floor restaurant and pool bar all offer stunning atmospheres. The top-floor in particular boasts a breathtaking view. The food is great, with the top floor offering an exotic, Indian-inspired menu, while the lobby-level restaurant leans more toward Western Cuisine. I didn't try the cocktails, but they looked great. A nice place to invite guests. The hotel gym is well-equipped and is comfortably air-conditioned. I think it's open 24/7. I didn't try the SPA. The rooms are large and nice, featuring, basic essentials, air conditioning, nice showers, fully dark blackout curtains, and I haven't experienced noise from neighboring rooms. House cleaning is spot on. The hallways on each floor are quite plan, but you don't spend time there.

I enjoyed my stay, the food was sumptuous, the rooms were clean, and the bed was cozy and comfortable. I'll recommend you provide sandals or open footwear someone can put on after a long day of putting on shoes or taking a bath.
