5 star new property with service beyod your expectations, top secured location within walkting distance from major malls and restaurants, spacious rooms, VERY comfy and VERY big beds, feather pillows, clean and soft linen, room fully stocked with all necessary amenities, fantastic breakfast with veriaty which would satisfy all tastes and flavors (every morning we were served cappucino from professional coffee maker and old latter - unbeated!) but what distinguish this hotel from other NBO hotels - it is their team - always friendly and meet you with a smile and all the time going beyond their standard duties.Special thanks to front desk and breakfast staff, spa team (massage was one of the best we ever tried and we tried a lot ;) Overall best option to stay if you are on business or safary trip in KE. My hat off)

The overall stay at Novotel was beautiful. The ambiance, accomodation, and dining staff at Novotel were exceptional. However we did have two instances of male hotel staff entering our room without knocking or ringing the bell! This was reported and an explanation was given. Hopefully action will be taken to limit the number of staff who have access to a room key. There seems to be too many staff (housekeeping or maintainance) who have access to rooms, which makes one worry about their security especially when staying alone in a hotel room.
