The staff are polite and friendly. The rooms are clean. It's close to the city with several shops within walking distance. The food is fresh, they have good conference meeting rooms. A small and sufficient gym with standard equipment like treadmill.

The staff is friendly especially Elinah at the reception,she was very helpful since my charger couldn’t work,she made sure my phone was charged till the last day. The rooms are clean too and the breakfast is amazing !I would highly recommend and visit again.

I'm writing this review for the warmest welcome I received upon checking in, I was so devastated from the airport, having lost my luggage which had almost every thing that I was supposed to used for my business meeting. I remember I cried during the drive to the hotel, I was so frustrated, but upon reaching the hotel a lady by the name Faith welcomed me with such a bright smile, she saw my puffy eyes asked me if I'm doing okay I told her no, and being emotional, tears fell down she sat me down, somewhere private offered tissues, did my check in, and even escorted me to the room, made sure I was okay. I didn't even get to tip her!. What an amazing person, she so much understood that I just wanted to be alone and collect myself. ibis you have a gem right there with you. I didn't even get to see her again! and thank her when I was all collected. I asked for her and was told she was on her off day on Friday, which is the day I was checking out. Thank you very much Faith, you are an amazing person and may God bless you for me!
