Small rooms, especially the bathroom, are very squeezed. Slow service and reception. No instruction on how to use utilities in the room.

Food was great Basics that I thought should be supplied in a room were charged extra and had to be asked for Tv wasn’t working Rooms Had a train like feel Someone opened the door while we’re still inside to ask if we need clean towels - scary - calling would have been polite Constant fear of being asked to leave because we decided to extend - calls or random door opening - would have expected the charges to be added to the room and would have just cleared All in all poor hospitality and didn’t feel comfortable at all Bed was great though
