The hotel staff service is amazing :) but regarding the Rooms, they are too small and have no basic facilities like a swimming pool, room mini fridge and cupboards and the AC system is broken and the policy of using a card to enter the elevator and each floor door is such a nuisance!

My request for change of room after one night stay was met promptly. Breakfast has good variety. The lighting in the corridors need to be a bit brighter. Staff very attentive.
