The hotel staff service is amazing :) but regarding the Rooms, they are too small and have no basic facilities like a swimming pool, room mini fridge and cupboards and the AC system is broken and the policy of using a card to enter the elevator and each floor door is such a nuisance!

I usually stay here on business trips to Nairobi because of it's excellent location and competitive rates. The breakfast is reasonably priced and quite good and staff are consistently excellent. A couple of downsides which are insignificant enough for me to overlook include very small rooms and bathrooms and the rooms that face the street are very noisy due to traffic- and this is literally 24x7. I also wouldn't waste too much time on the in-house restaurants- pretty mediocre for the price- there are much better options nearby.
