The stuff is friendly and willing to help. The food has good quality and tasteful, especially in kilele restaurant at the roof floor. Be aware of what time you ask for some food on Grab & Go at the ground floor - they can go another mile to serve you the food outside the serving hours which can take half an hour. The breakfast is a buffet, filled with fresh food regardless of the visiting hour. The room was always clean. The shower cabin is spacious enough. The only thing which surprised us is the lack of a wardrobe - instead there are hooks, hangers and shelves.
