In the first very tiny room the air conditioner and in house phone were not working. Luckily, after complaining I was moved to a larger room where everything worked well. However one afternoon and one morning construction noice in the room above mine was very annoying. Bed was small but very comfortable and the food really good.

The reception and the signing of consumed services was chaotic. The internet was unstable and kept requiring one to log in. I missed literature in the room about the services offered by the hotel and what the visitor can do in, and around the hotel. Otherwise, good services.

please arrange a fridge, iron and tooth brush & paste for the guest. as the iron box is kept outside you can notice all the guest are wearing the clothes without iron, if you have noticed.

I am sorry to read you waited to check in, I would like to understand what exactly was the purpose of keeping you waiting for 2 hours which I agree is unacceptable. We are an economy hotel providing basics for a good nights sleep at an affordable rate therefor the absence of the luxury items mentioned in our standard rooms. We have a fully furnished suite with a fridge, microwave, toaster etc which is slightly pricier than the standard room. Thank you for also highlighting the buffet layout, there is a raw veg station as well as vegetarian and vegan options in the layout. We only serve pork bacon for breakfast to cater for the needs of all our guests which is cooked and served separately because of those that do not consume. Never come back again No wardrobes no plastic bags in bins for Hygene purpose shower too small cannot even get soap out of shower because too close to the secondary shelf of soap your hand cannot get through room is too small cannot turn a cat around etc etc etc list goes on

I am sorry to read your expectations were not met from a structural point of view, however, I am also pleased to read that our team was excellent. We are an economy hotel under the Accor family and our proposition to you is style and convenience at an affordable rate. Yes there isn't a physical wardrobe but you'll notice a clothes hanging panel close to the door with grey hangers. My team and I will work towards making this clearer to every guest checking in to avoid the wardrobe inconvenience. Our hotel has made a commitment to eliminate the use of all plastic by the end of 2020. We have stopped the use of plastic straws, plastic bottles and even the plastic bin liners. The bins are emptied with every room servicing, cleaned and sanitised. This way we are able to keep up with our sustainability promise to take care of our environment. We hope for another opportunity to welcome you to an Accor hotel in the near future. Perhaps Movenpick Hotel &Residences Nairobi which is premium or Fairmont the Norfolk Hotel which is Luxury.
