Our only concern was the room being so small to have a king size bed! and wifi kept going out in the room. The bed was comfortable and despite the cramped quarters of the room, all in all it was adequate. This was the hotel our tour company provided but since we arrived a day early we had to book a pre-tour night that didn't provide breakfast which was disappointing considering the rate. The night that was included in our tour did provide breakfast which was amazing! Probably the finest complimentary breakfast we have ever had at a hotel! The service was excellent which is always appreciated.

A good room, clean and well places. However, my suggestion please. In the wash rooms please equip with :SHATTAF: " Pipe" to be used to wash after using the toilet facility instead of Tissues..It is cleaners and causes less environmental issues.

Had an amazing stay with my kids. They loved the aesthetics. Restaurant staff were very friendly and breakfast was excellent with lots of variety. No concierge upon check in and had to carry my own luggage from the car. Overall, my stay was good and I'd definitely come back.

The hotel itself, is perfect; from the room, to the food to the amenities. The team was made this hotel stand out however. At the front desk, looking after my room, in the restaurant and at security. Everyone made me feel special, welcome and looked after every need. Honestly felt like I was a local, while it was my very first visit.
