Very amazing. Just that I wanted to swim but the pool was too cold. Try getting a heating system for it. The gym and steam room are top notch. Get an additional spa, will be very beneficial to all.

The check-in experience was ok - it could have been faster but ok. Our experience on our last evening - as we were about to leave for the airport - made us swear off staying in this hotel again. First, there was no table at the Dispatch restaurant because of some event, so we went to Junction bar. We ordered from the menu. The food arrived around 30 minutes after! Every 5 minute or so they brought different things to the table: napkins, napkins again, two knives, exchanged one knife with a fork, changed the table setting again, etc, but food was nowhere to be found even after telling them that we have a flight to catch. Next is the check out process - they want to charge our card without showing us the invoice first. Then the clincher - we arranged for airport transfer at 9pm. At 9pm, the van wasn't there. No one from the reception staff knows where it was or what time exactly it would come. And there was no interest to find solution to the problem, eg calling a taxi or having replacement car. To think that we've already paid for this airport transfer at that point. We were only told everything was ok!!! How can it be ok - there was a chance we would miss our flight. The van finally arrived at 9:30pm. Totally unacceptable and there was no apology from the hotel staff. It seems they were even avoiding us the whole time. The small lady with short hair at the reception desk wasn't helpful at all and actually gave me attitude on the first day when i asked about our car hire for the next day. Oh, and the driver even seemed upset and drove like a maniac. We could have been in an accident the way the driver was driving!

Pullman is a swt place to stay again, I meet new friends during my stay at the hotel, ur staff are friendly always smiling wit clients and make sure the are okay,, Infct lot more to say seriously is the hotel staff that make me love Kenya which I don’t feel like coming bck I love Kenya I love Pullman hotel I missed my friends (staffs) wic the made me feel at home

Reception was perfect, rooms are good and above all, I have a very sensitive stomach and I often suffer stomach discomfort especially with hotel foods. I did not experience the same with your foods and this made me fall with your place
