We had an amazing time though rough from the start, Management was swift in sorting the issues.

i always have to ask for bed sheet change if not ask then you find the same change, one day the room was not cleaned until i make a call at 4pm, always you have to ask for toothbrush and toothpaste, seems it is not part of the package which i never see on other hotel. other service like food and customer care was okey!!!

I booked a solo staycation after confirming there was a smart tv so I could take a breather and catch up on my shows. Found out later you can only access youtube or the TV channels. Can’t screen mirror unless you have an android or PC. I called the reception to get a hdmi cable and was told IT was not available at the moment but when I went downstairs to ask if they could find any spare they actually called the concerned team. Ended up connecting around 1am which felt like such a waste to be honest, considering the room is only available between 3pm and 12pm the following day if you’re paying for one night. Also clearly if I hadn’t gone down to reception I wouldn’t have gotten any assistance. This was quite disappointing.
