This was my third stay in the past year at the Pullman Nairobi Upper Hill and it feels like home. The staff are as wonderful as ever, and on this stay I would particularly like to recognize Robinson at Reception, who was so helpful from the moment I arrived. He even recognized me and greeted me by name when I returned after Easter weekend away to complete a final one-night stay here. Virginia, the hostess in the Dispatch Restaurant, is also so welcoming and friendly. The hotel drivers, including George and Alex, are great as well. Thanks to all for a great stay!

The team is great at the Hotel, the Hotel itself is not great, breakfast can be improved, and the executive lounge is shamefull, not sure what was refurbished other than some paint here and there, prefer the novotel or the M Gallery
