I had a first rate customer service. It started before I arrived with an email asking about my preferences and airport pick up (charged). Then everytime I engaged with staff I found them to be both friendly and helpful. Not in that I'm hoping for a tip way but genuine. When I left my phone in the back of an uber they went out of their way to help. It all ended well. Thanks Jacqueline with the fancy phone, 😂. The gym was also outstanding. One of the best hotel gyms I've used. Doing some squats the gym staff came and gave me some useful tips. All in all a great hotel, and highly recommend.

Good ambience, great and dedicated staff. Though staff needs to take the guests through how the AC works, TV and please add CNN and NETFLIX to just keep the guests entertained in their rooms.
