I loved the hospitality of the staff, and the way the rooms are arranged. The soft beds, clean and neat, provision of flat irons and kettle for boiling tea at any time you need. That was a good gesture. Hope to return.

It was a brief short stay but I enjoyed every bit of it. I loved the buffet options, and the great service I'd get especially being that I'm a person living with disability. The room was easily accessible, with great music that takes you there. Favourite highlight was definitely the various artwork, especially the animals.

The hotel rooms are cosy, restaurant is well arranged, ladies and gentlemen serving us are professional. Receptions are welcoming and helpful. Conference room was excellent.

I can not fault one thing. Everything was perfect, Pullman really have got everything right, I thought the standards may have been lower because it’s Africa but they may have been higher. The staff were amazing so helpful and cheerful. Food great, beautiful decor and super comfortable.
