I loved the conference lighting, sound and the double screen broadcast, The rooms were spacious and well accommodating. The Security was also top-notch.

Stayed for 3 nights at pullman - location was nice, the gym is good, bar is OK, breakfast is great with alot of variety though pricey. The shower in our room was cold, they did send someone to fix it the first night but I think they just ran the water for > 10 minutes until warm. We changed rooms the final night but the water in that shower was either cold or scolding hot. Bathrooms/showers in general were a bit dated and yucky. The rest of the room was comfortable. We had contacted Pullman multiple times to try and assist with booking transport to another location in Kenya but their responses were delayed and ultimately tried to book us an airport transfer which is not what we were looking for - so booked with another option.
