I arrived November 10 in Nairobi Pullman and planned to stay for nights . I ended up staying for 12 days. The Hotel is a 5 Star with Manager Edward and staff who were all very polite, courteous, helpful and very accommodating willing to go beyond to ensure customers are satisfied. I would return and stay again at Pullman Upperhill.

It was good. Friendly staff and spacious common areas for meeting guests and working. Just a challenge I had with some possible sewer smell coming from the bathroom - I was in room 432. It was rather uncomfortable at times.
