However, I would like to sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with the shower temperature in both rooms. This is certainly not the standard we aim to provide. While our team attempted to address the issue promptly, it’s clear that the solution was not effective, and moving rooms should have resolved the problem completely. Your comments regarding the condition of the bathrooms have also been noted, and we are reviewing these concerns with our maintenance and housekeeping teams to ensure improvements are made. I am equally sorry that our assistance with your transport request did not meet your expectations. We understand how important timely and accurate communication is, especially when arranging onward travel within Kenya.
