The rooms were really beautiful and clean. The entire staff were so pleasant everytime and really nice, the amenities were really top notch too

Hotel staff went over and beyond to meet needs and requests. Special mention is made of Lynn, Victor, Ancieta, Gloria and Robinson well as the lady server of afternoon tea on the last day of our meetings. They exhibited the true spirit of hospitality and are great ambassadors for the brand. My room was spotless and the towels a delight after a hot shower with your fragrant shower gel! Compliments to the chef for a great spread on all of the 4 days. The only blot on your service was the limited options on the dinner menu. My fish fingers, for instance, were more pastry than fish. Let's go back to the drawing board on that one! All in all, thank you for a lovely stay!

From the start AC did not work and when complained they came and told me to wait for a few hours, then again complained the room was changed, multiple times no water in the shower, or just hot water, changed the price per day without information while it was billed by the company, laundry misplaced a vest of mine and it was never brought back, I got somebody's vest I had to return :( .. When called the reception there is quick answer but no follow-up or revert on the complain

Location of the property is the main attraction. Room was well furnished and bed was very comfortable. Restaurant offered customised service as well. Staff were very professional and courteous.
