In the widely spread city of Nairobi location is king, and the pullman Upper Hill was very strategic for all my meetings, easy to reach with the express way, not far from the airport etc.. Room is spacious, well equipped and clean, furniture adequate and working desk of the right size. the staff is well trained and shows genuine care and interest.

They didn't refund my reservation with more than 30 days notice.
