The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, and the staff were helpful, professional and always cheerful. However, we experienced several minor frustrations during our stay, mostly due to contradictory information provided by staff. The main pool area was also closed for maintenance for most of our stay, which should have been communicated before our arrival. Despite these issues, the staff’s warmth and professionalism made our overall experience very positive.

At first, I thought the hotel wasn’t good because of the reception area—they’re currently doing some renovations on the side, I think it’s for a coffee shop. But after checking in, the room turned out to be spacious and clean. The staff is friendly and very accommodating. Breakfast is good; the variety is small, but everything is fresh and newly cooked. The pool is nice, and they also offer free access to Riva Beach. The pool timing is perfect, especially for the summer.

We checked in late in the night but were well attended to by Zipporah at the Reception. We faced a confusion with the payment of the booking as the payment status in the app and email confirmation didnt match. She explained and clarrified the situation calmly and professionally. Absolutely loved my room 403. It was spacious and the view from my bed was simply breath taking. We stayed for 2 nights and just couldnt get used to the view. Surely coming back to this hotel. All the staff that I interacted with at this hotel were very warm and always smiling. In my opinion this hotel is a hidden gem and more people need to know about it.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel and was happy with the room and amenities; the view was also amazing. The room had everything I needed, which satisfied me. My only note is that there is no air conditioning in the hallways.
