The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Location is the best part, being very close to the tram station and Marmaray station. Also surrounded by several vital streets that you'd like to stroll and explore. 4-minute-walk to the amazing Yeni Cami mosque. We asked for an iron at the reception and they told us they'll send it to the room but we never got one. Breakfast was very nice (but there were some flies around the buffet, I think the restaurant management should find a solution for this issue)

Where do I start. From booking on Accor App to checkout seamless wonderful experience. Wonderful boutique beautiful hotel with amazing staff at reception and at breakfast time. Pictures on the website of the hotel doesn’t do the hotel justice, far more better when you see it for yourself. Location is spot on. Less than 1 minute to the tram very centrally located and walking distance to many historical sites and port.

It was all good until I requested 2 hours late check out , which was NOT accepted by the front desk manager Erol. I was only given one hour late check out. So ,next time I will have to choose a different hotel in the area.Luckily ,there are plenty of other options.

Someone in the room above us started moving chairs or furniture from 5:00 a.m. until 9:00 a.m. Since the hotel has wooden parquet floors instead of carpeting, the noise was extremely loud and could be heard very clearly. At around 6:00 a.m., we contacted the front desk and asked them to speak with the guests in the room above us and ask them to stop. Unfortunately, the noise continued, which significantly affected our sleep.

The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, from the reception team to housekeeping and the breakfast staff. Their warm hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. The location is excellent, with Sirkeci Tram Station just a short walk away, making it easy to explore the city. It's also within walking distance of popular spots like Hafız Mustafa and Sultan Ahmet Köftecisi, making it convenient for dining and desserts.
