The hotel has a great location and the overall cleanliness was good. Unfortunately, my experience with the reception team significantly impacted my stay. The communication before check-in was not handled professionally and left a negative impression before I had even arrived. As an ALL – Accor Live Limitless Gold member, I also expected my loyalty status to be acknowledged and reflected in the level of service provided. This did not happen, and what was more disappointing was the lack of interest or effort from the team when I raised the matter. The property itself has good potential, particularly given its location and cleanliness, but the front-desk experience and recognition of loyal Accor members need significant improvement.

Mercure Istanbul provided an excellent balance of comfort, quality, and service. The rooms were stylish and well equipped, the staff were professional and welcoming, and the overall experience was seamless from check-in to check-out. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Istanbul Special mentions to Aziz, Kadar, and the breakfast staff
