We stayed at Kenwood hall for 2 nights and we throughly enjoyed our stay. Rooms were immaculate and tidy. Food was very nice for breakfast and evening meal. We didn't get the chance to use the spa but heard from friends it was very good.

This was my second d trip to the hotel. I really enjoyed the spa facilities, the bed was super comfortable and the staff were very helpful. It’s also great that parking is available and it is at no extra cost.

There was no information in the room relating to services in the hotel or how to get help. Restaurant closed, continuous dripping tap, shower temperamental and flooded bathroom when shower in use, sink plug ineffective, insufficient number of dressing gowns (1 for 2 of us) and not of adult size. TV couldn’t tune for ITV. When the next door room used the bathroom the plumbing was really noisy. Staff friendly but didn’t know the hotel number. The bed was clean and comfortable. Not aware dogs could’ve been in the room before us. In need of refurbishment. Hotel not as website appears, we never saw the beautiful building which is reserved for events, bedroom overlooked car park. Quite frankly we were disappointed.
