Great hotel, from arrival to departure all staff were exceptional. We were upgraded to a privilege room [larger, pod coffee and stocked fridge] Food was excellent and service at the bar and in the restaurant was faultless. Lovely grounds, nice to walk around. Easy to find and lots of parking [2 EV Chargers]

Is not worthy of its Star Rating. The Staff behave in a UnEducated. Ignorant. Bigoted Manner towards Guests of non-Caucasian Heritage. Guests/ Ethnic People with Brown Skin are Abused. Insulted. Stared at as if they are Aliens. The Chief Executive Officer should Dismiss/ Sack/Fire certain Incompetent. Vile Communication Managers/Manageresses. And Reception Staff.
