Stayed here for work. Mama is all over the place. Decorations were a bit too much for my taste. From the gift shop to the bathroom mirror. Everything was mamafied. But the people were nice, breakfast was excellent and the room exactly as all modern hotel rooms are.

The staff were friendly, but the customer service was lacking. I asked the receptionist if I could purchase some chocolate or snacks, as there were none available in the room or at the reception. I was informed that it wasn’t possible due to a 'technical issue with the snacks.' Instead of offering a solution, I was told to go to a different hotel across the street to buy snacks there. This was a disappointing and frustrating experience.
