Dear M. P., I thank you for leaving us a review after your stay. I\'m sorry you find our procedures inadequate, yet this procedure is widely used in many hotels. The pre-autorisations are released manually by my co-workers apfter departure, the one you make at gas stations are surely done automatically. Thus I encourage you to choose prepaid rate, and then do online payment, so no pre-autorisation will be done, or choose flexible rate and ask for a payment link before arrrival.
