The stay was good in general. The first night I told the front desk staff that I need the invoice with the information of my company. I sent them all the details via WhatsApp as they requested. Once that I made the check-out, they sent me the invoice with the wrong information, I let them know few seconds after I receive it, they said they will fix it and I'm still waiting. I need to submit this information into my company's database as soon as possible. Please your help.

A very comfortable stay here. Everything we needed was at hand, and a varied breakfast. One small point, their meet and greet needs a bit of attention but it’s probably because they are not comfortable with English speaking guests.

Overcharged and housekeeping stole a pair of 150 dollar shoes. Front desk, very rude. They make it obvious that that don’t like white Americans

We were two of us in the room with two beds. Only had 1 bottle of water, 1 cup for drinking coffee, only one sachet for making coffee for the two nights that we stayed there Just one English language channel- BBC

There should be water every day, it does not cost much to the hotel and is annoying to be force to buy every day. Also replace coffee everyday. The lite did not work in the entrance and the bathroom is too dark too.
