Once again we very much enjoy of our visit to Lima and the magnificent service that your Hotel provided. It was a wonderful stay basically because of the kindness and courtesy that every person offered us either people at the front desk, restaurant, bar or housekeeping...we very much appreciate it!

The room was not as nice as usually, dark and far from the elevator, with a strong smell of french fries.

i had a good stay, it was comfy, and all the staff was polite and helpful
