Very clean room, Nice seperate living area, excellent shower flow, Excellent TV channel selection. Only negative was the level 3 room which was very dark and facing City Road. Would have expected more from a Luxury Escape booking.

Concierge were very accommodating as I was very late in checking in due to flight delays. Their recommendations on food options was of great assistance.
