I brought attention to the dining staff that the coffee machine was not working properly. Two of the staff tried to fix the machine with no success. They were not open to just making me a cappuccino manually at the bar and wanted to charge me. I went to the front desk with my issue and the gentleman didn’t really care. I was charged for an unpleasant breakfast. Shame on the management!!

I cancelled this booking online! I have sent 2 emails confirming the cancellation!! I have been charged for 3 nights!!! Surely if I don't check in, I am not charged for the entire booking. I am a diamond member and cancel accommodation and rebook all the time. I will not not be supporting the Accor brand!! I am a Diamond member and will now look at other brands.

Everything was perfect in this hotel. Food was great except they do not make specialised omelettes for breaky. Room was nice and big. Bed was comfy and lod coffee machine was appreciated. No filtered water in room but note said that tap water is drinkable so I boiled it before drinking later

The hotel reception team is always welcoming and happy to go above and beyond. I always enjoy going to their restaurant for a drink and bite. Brekkie is very nice and you can oder eggs to your style. I am writing to make a formal complaint about our stay at The Adnate Perth – Art Series Hotel today. Unfortunately, what was supposed to be a relaxing staycation for my partner, our three-month-old baby and me has turned into a very stressful and disappointing experience. When I made the booking, I clearly requested a baby cot for our room. I also called the hotel one day before our arrival to make the same request. On the day of check-in, I called again to confirm that the cot would be provided. We checked in at around 1:00pm and again confirmed with reception that we needed the baby cot. We were told that the request was already noted on our booking and that the cot should be in our room. However, when we entered the room, there was no cot. At around 1:30pm, I tried calling reception, but nobody was available to answer. I understand that the hotel was busy around check-in time, so I went downstairs myself and waited in the reception queue again to request the cot. I was told that it would be delivered to our room as soon as possible. Then, at around 3:00pm, the hotel had a fire evacuation. We had to carry our three-month-old baby from level 21 all the way down to the ground floor. I understand that a fire evacuation is outside the hotel's control, and I am not blaming the hotel for that situation. However, combined with everything else that happened, it made the day even more stressful for us. By around 7:30pm, we were also informed that the hotel's power would need to be switched off for approximately 45 minutes from 10:00pm. At this point, I honestly feel that our entire staycation has become a nightmare rather than a relaxing break. We travelled with a very young baby specifically hoping to have some time to rest, but instead we have spent the day dealing with one issue after another. I also contacted reception to ask whether anything could be done to compensate for the inconvenience. I was offered a complimentary drink downstairs. I appreciate the gesture, but realistically, this is not a suitable solution for a family with a three-month-old baby. We are staying on level 21, and with the power being switched off, it is also not practical for us to leave the room and then try to return to the 21st floor without lifts. There was also an issue with the cleanliness of our room. When I first picked up the room phone to contact reception, I noticed that the speaker area was covered with what appeared to be food stains. This was particularly disappointing because we expected the room to be properly cleaned and checked before our arrival. I understand that unexpected incidents can happen in a hotel, and I am not expecting everything to be perfect. However, the combination of the missing baby cot despite multiple requests, the fire evacuation, the planned power outage, and the cleanliness issue has made this stay extremely stressful for our family. My partner is now very stressed, and instead of enjoying some much-needed time together, we have spent most of the day dealing with these problems. I would appreciate it if Accor could seriously review our situation and consider appropriate compensation. I do not feel that what we have paid for this stay reflects the experience we have received. I hope you can understand our situation, particularly as we are travelling with a three-month-old baby, and provide a reasonable resolution. I look forward to hearing from you. This hotel is very well located in the Western CBD area. Close by parking and restaurants make the stay even easier. There is an onsite restaurant and pool. Great location, friendly staff and excellent service. Well worth a visit.

A very comfortable clean and well located modern hotel with all the amenities in the room. Comfortable beds in good size rooms. The restaurant Baha was a wonderful treat for sharing delicious meals. The small pool area allowed for quiet relaxation during the day and a dip to cool off. The art work is wonderful. Definitely a great find.
