Our family of five really enjoyed our day at the Adnate. The check-in staff were very friendly and kind to our children and we were able to be upgraded to adjoining rooms that were perfect for our family. Breakfast was great. There was a big range of food for all of us and they were easily able to accommodate dietary requirements. The kids loved the pool and the rooms were modern fresh and clean which is unfortunately not always the case with Perth hotels. The only reason I didn’t score it 10/10 was because the email communication prior to our stay was very slow and the only nearby parking is the multi story Wilson which costs quite a lot if staying for an extended period of time , so it would be nice for the hotel to offer some sort of discounted parking rates for its guests. But overall we had a wonderful time and will definitely be back and recommend to our friends.

The staff at the Adnate were so approachable and helpful. The room was big with everything I needed including ironing board, iron, kettle and a pod machine. The bed was very comfortable (although the pillows were quite thick) and most importantly, the bed and bathroom was clean and tidy.

Comfortable stay, good location. Blockout curtains were good. I do not like water splashing out under the shower door. The breakfast room is not quite big enough.. I was really surprised that there was no guest laundry which I really needed. Reception immediately showed me the send-out list (very, very expensive) but also described where the closest laundromat (much better price) - I eventually washed undies in the shower and hung in room, they were dry next morning; I did appreciate the customer service at Reception though.

You are right that we have no guest laundry, and I am sorry you ended up washing your clothes in the shower overnight. I am raising it with our General Manager. The water splashing out under the shower door is a fair complaint, and I am asking our maintenance team to check that door. The bathroom light switches and the wording on the Do Not Disturb sign also confused you, and you should not have had to go to Reception to understand a sign on your own door. I am asking for both to be looked at. Your comment about the size of the breakfast room is going to our food and beverage team. I am glad the blockout curtains and the location worked well for you. I stayed at the Adnate for one night as part of a family trip. Parking was easy with a Wilson’s/Citipark directly behind the hotel, and only $12 for the weekend. We were given a room upgrade to a well-sized room on the 14th floor. Floor to ceiling windows mean the room is light and the view across the rooftops and laneways below was good. As previous reviewers have mentioned, the beds are softer than other hotel beds, but I found them very comfortable. The pool is smaller than the photo depicts, but it’s still large enough for quite a few people, is heated, and it’s perfectly situated by the restaurant so you can have you meal in the Baha restaurant while still being able to watch your older child swim. Breakfast was a buffet style in the Baha restaurant, which itself is lovely and bright and really feels like a holiday. The breakfast had all the usual items but in some way it felt healthier - perhaps it’s the room decor or greenery. My only suggestion for the breakfast is that I would like to see mugs and tea/coffee cups offered. Check out was easy and Mac was thoughtful enough to ask about the event we had been to the previous evening. The shops in Perth city don’t open until 11am on Sundays so it would be good to have the option for a later checkout for a small fee to be able to use the pool for longer, but that is something I will ask for next time. This was our first time staying at the Adnate and its only new favourite hotel for a stay in Perth.

Stayed in a large variety of hotels and motels within Perth and its surrounding suburbs. The Adante is been one of the best. It's staff were lovely, helpful and quick. The lobby and hallways were immaculate and had brilliant art pieces within. The room was great, bed and pillows were some of the comfiest we've been on. Rooms were tidy and decorated perfectly. Bathroom had an amazing shower area. Had a nice view, even for not being a premium room and if you like having the room dark at night, the curtain rails are place out side of the wall checkout for the window, meaning you can fully drag the curtains over the window, bringing the room to near blackout. Will absolutely be staying there everything we go back to pertb now.
