We had a nice stay overnight in a clean room, potentially slightly dated. I had sent through an email 2 days prior asking for the adjoining room to be made of 2 seperate beds for my teenage daughter and son to stay in. The email was not checked and this was not completed. We had a roll away bed given to us however, I had to follow up for bedding. The lady at the desk was great but it seems some forward planning and organisation may come in handy to assist her do her role to the best of her abilities. May I suggest a message to confirm requirements so if an email is missed it is picked up on a 2nd pass.
