I had a wonderful experience staying at Novotel Karawang. The room was very clean, tidy, and comfortable, making my stay truly relaxing. Housekeeping did an excellent job maintaining the cleanliness throughout my visit. The restaurant staff were very friendly, attentive, and always served guests with a warm smile. The food was also delicious with plenty of menu choices. I was especially impressed by the receptionist team who were welcoming, polite, and helpful from check-in until check-out.
