Booked the hotel on my way there, but they managed to prepare things in time. Check in process was good, room was OK, but somehow my room entrance was a bit inconvenience. Dinner was ok, service was also OK, even beyond expectation from Luthfi.

This hotel is very well located, with easy access from the Karawang Barat toll road. The staff are friendly and accommodating. However, the pillows and bed were very firm, and we woke up with sore necks the next morning. We weren’t sure if they had softer pillow options or a mattress topper available, as we were out most of the time and only stayed for two nights. Another thing worth mentioning is the welcome drinks. As a Gold member, we were entitled to two complimentary welcome drinks, and we chose two coffees. We asked for the coffees to go but were informed that there would be an additional charge of Rp6,000 per takeaway cup. While the cost itself isn’t the issue, we found this disappointing, as we’ve had complimentary welcome drinks to go at other hotels and have never been charged extra for takeaway cups. I think management should reconsider this policy in the future. As a loyalty member, choosing to take your complimentary welcome drink away shouldn’t come with an additional charge.

I stayed there with my family. There was no decent play area for children, and the pool was for adults only and full of people smoking.
