The towel was bery okd and bad, amenities not complete. They serve indomie noodle during breakfast, but the cooker very unprofessional and slow.

I’ve been staying at Novotel Karawang since July 2024 for business. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and has a nice atmosphere. The staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Ms. Ainun — she always gives excellent service and makes me feel welcome. Great place to stay for business trips. Highly recommended!
