Service is very good. The receptionists are all friendly and helpful. Room is clean and tidy. Just remember if you check in earlier than 2 pm, they will charge extra Rp.150.000. They have airport shuttle too that will pick you up from Soekarno airport to the hotel and vice versa. The price is Rp.550.000. Overall, it was a nice stay.

The balcony so comfort, have a great staff especially mr. Eric fast check in , mr. Fahmi thanks for the cappucino and nice welcome drink and ms. Modesta help me to modify bed from twin to single bed😬✌🏼
