i booked via traveloka in the morning, and then when i checked in the receptionist said that they haven't received any email from traveloka, i need to wait for 10 minutes. the bookshelf/wardrobe rack is dirty, the desk around kettle is dirty. there's no staff in pool area, they didn't provide towel in pool area also. i tried the Gym, but both of the treadmill were error every 10 minutes. i need to unplug myself before i can use it again. the hallway in 8th floor was dark, the chicken in breakfast was smelly. need to improve just like the other Ibis Styles. the location is good, near Giant and ATM tough.

the hotel quality is degraded recently especially for the air conditioning either in the lift or at the lobby or inside the room ..... several times complain and changed room but finally realised that the quality of the AC is degraded ... not cool anymore ..... quite hot and it is disappointed place for Accor Group Member ....☹️

Good laundry service, friendly front desk and breakfast is average.. However, there is no Qiblat sign on ceiling for reference. If possible please provide prayer mat to all room, Im staying at room 808, the area of praying inside the room is very limited.

I booked 1 large bed (double bed room), but I got two mattresses combined into one large bed and two blanket, not comfortable at all. The signal is poor, several times our tv channel was disconnected. I took breakfast at 6.30 am, the vegetables like broccoli, tomatoes, corn, and others stuff for salad was not fresh, its like have been chop yesterday. In the same time, the pool area was not tidy, there are some towel left on the chairs and floor, like no staff cares. I think ibis style cikarang should learn from ibis styles bogor. Sorry.

Did not feel welcomed as gold member of le club accorhotels, no welcome gift even a welcome letter i used to get at any accor hotels. Staffs were not well trained with on going promotion. Another disapointment waiting as le club accorhotels points will be way to long to be credited as a chance of no points will be credited.

As an Accor Plus member i really satisfied with the benefit when stay here like early check in, late check out, welcome drink and free upgrade room. The receptionist staff is very patient and helpful. Breakfast is so so. Room was clean and nice.

Stayed 2 nights with family on August 1 to August 3.2019.The first night booked 2 rooms through OTA.Stayed at room 819 and 821.The room maintenance is very poor,filthy dust bin and bathroom floor.Ordered in room dining from available menu was very disappointed.3 menus out of 10 are not available.Hongkong noodle,Sirloin steak and soup buntut..Breakfast on August 2 was not good experience for my son 9 years old.Milk dispenser was empty and requested to one of staff member to refill,but never been refilled till we finished breakfast. Second night booked 2 rooms direct to website and received confirmation HMHSFCBS for 2 Deluxe rooms.However upon check in only one room is available.Stayed at 913.This room is worse than the first night..Bloody noisy.Not only in the bedroom but also in the bathroom.It must be plant room above room 913.This room is not suitable for paying guest
