I will always stay at this hotel whenever I visit Bekasi. The hotel is located in very nice surrounding. It is close to toll gates and eating and shopping places also nearby.

Ibis Styles Hotel Jatibening, where the location is undoubtedly fantastic, is surrounded by a plethora of shops, convenience stores, and pharmacies. Truly, a tourist one-stop solution. But alas, this is where the charm begins and ends. First, let's talk about the royal treatment of guests who park in the basement. Picture this: you, laden with luggage, making the heroic trek up the stairs because apparently, elevators are overrated. It’s almost as if they want you to earn your stay with a bit of cardio. Then there’s the impeccable service in the lobby. Or rather, the lack thereof. Watching staff obliviously ignore guests struggling with their suitcases is like witnessing a new form of performance art. You'd think they'd be quick to assist, but no, it's more like a slow-motion movie where help is always just out of reach. Parking, oh parking! How I adore the treasure hunt for a spot. I’ve begged, pleaded, and implored them to block just one parking bay near the lobby for ACCOR member guests. A request too extravagant, given that finding parking here is akin to a high-stakes game of musical chairs. When it rains, the suggestion to park in front of other shops is especially delightful. Now, let's delve into the rooms. On the 12th floor, I was graced with a TV that had an HDMI port. Marvelous! I could plug in my laptop or game console. But, on the 17th floor, all ports were mysteriously blocked. Consistency, it seems, is not their strong suit. And speaking of consistency, some rooms are blessed with working lights, while others… well, it's more of a mood lighting situation when switches do nothing. Lastly, breakfast. Ah, the most important meal of the day, unless you’re staying here during the school holiday season. Imagine arriving at 9 AM to find the buffet picked clean, like a post-apocalyptic scene. Staff replenishing food? A myth, I assure you. It’s almost as if they’ve decided that hunger builds character. In conclusion, while Ibis Styles Hotel Jatibening is nestled in a prime location, it offers an experience that can only be described as an adventure in patience and perseverance. Enjoy the shops nearby, because that’s the highlight of your stay.
