It was a comfort stay for me in general. However, the Hotel and the management may consider my two cents suggestion below: 1. Some day, hotel provide full toilet amenities , but not all days we stayed, 2. May Hotel serves transportation just to go nearby Mall FoC to customers. Its not easy to cross the road due to heavy traffic.

Before i step into the room, i already fell so excited..the environment so cool. The room is nice and clean..especially the toilet very clean and i very happy. Everything is super awesome and will make me want to come back in my next vacation.

Room is good n clean. but for swim towel, I don't like the towel can't bring to my room, so, i must change at pool/toilet and that's make my pants wet (not swim suit)

low cost hotel service. house keeping

service is very bad. front office staff are very nice but can only say "sorry". we complain from first day about room cleaning not properly done. The towel supplied was old. and only 2 medium size for a deluxe room. usually 4 or 6 towels are supplied. We complain. reply was "sorry" only room suite are having more towel. The supply in the room was unconsistent. some days no soap or no shampoo or.... The worst was a white gold necklace with very high sentimental value desappear in the room. After many sorry and "investigation sill in process" we didn t get any feed back. No more hope now. We are a company team. All complain about house keeping service. I stayed there 2 years ago. The service was also not good. Mercure Karawang must change name for low cost hotel name or improve deeply the service. the house keeping staff must be boost.

I got upgrade room, room is clean, good facility (shuttle car, sport center), over all breakfast is good however I got un fresh fruit (Melon) on my breakfast. it should not be happen for 4 star hotel likes Mercure Accor member.

The room is big and clean. Daily buffet breakfast is great opportunity to try local foods and delicacies. The staff is attentive and the daily shutter to my factory is great. The only complaint is the driver who transfer me to Ibis Bandung on 6th Sept morning is not good at all as he falls a sleep during driving and have to keep taking sweets to wake him up. Pls can you train all drivers to ensure they have sufficient sleep before taking any duty the next day.

It is with great pleasure that I can stay at Mercure Karawang Hotel. The reception team was courteous and informative. My room was clean, comfortable, and furnished appropriately except garbage bin in the bathroom which is no sanitary bag. The Hotel team was prompt, reliable and friendly. Management was available to solve problems. The food quality was good, but sometimes have to wait if ordering at Kunoichi Restaurant for dinner. Hotel amenities (pool and playground) were clean, attractive and properly equipped. My daughter was happy enough with the little playground. I think she enjoyed living in this attractive hotel for several months.
