I stayed here for 2 nights and it was a wonderful experience. Good room, excellent services and facilities. I tried the japanese restaurant Kunoichi and it was very delicious. I also tried lunch at Kemuning Restaurant here, and two thumbs up for the Soto Tangkar Iga. The ribs was very tendered and the soup was really rich in flavour. Really enjoyed my staycation here. The location was also very strategic and they also have shuttle car so we can go anywhere we want easily

The location is very strategic, close to the city center, malls, restaurants, and car free day area. Unfortunately, this is my second time staying with my family but the breakfast menu is still lacking variety, especially with an extra charge of IDR 130,000 per person. The food quality was disappointing and not worth the price; it is better to find breakfast outside. As an Accor ALL Gold member, I never received a room upgrade during both stays, nor any amenities that are usually given at other Accor hotels. Overall, the experience did not meet my expectations as a loyal member.

The hotel is not maintained properly, many of the small details inside the room is already damaged and not replaced / fixed, such as shower is not running well due to blockage of dirt in the shower head, room cleanliness not optimal, standard for replacing the linen bed. Front desk staff behave unprofessional during query. During breakfast, unable to provide boiled eggs… Been staying couple times for the last 1-2 years here, but there is no significant change, the quality remains low and does not match with the 4 star-ratings. Either the management never seen the actual on floor condition or it’s designed that way.
