Such a great experience stay at Mercure 10 of 10! Good food, nice view facing to the city and the room is very clean. I will comeback with family later in the weekend, all the staff is humble and very fast response. Especially ms vanny from lobby area, thank you mercure karawang

Everything were just fine except: - broken shower - broken kettle - empty soap and shampoo - dusty room - oily floor at room - used wet towel at wardrobe when we were just checked in - checked at 4.30-5pm but they said the room has not been ready. I used Accor ALL app, which i think would be more reliable than using OTA. Great services. Kudos to these staff: Rey and Raafi who shown their good services. Good breakfast, but the staff was just unfair where they allowed families with 5 members without additional charges, but she kept hard to me and family, unfair & gak banget. The Duty Managers should work harder to resolve those points above as soonest. Hope he/she read this and take to another level.
