Big parking lot. Feel safe when you need to park your car compare with the other hotel around Karawang. Sometimes an event in the hotel and we park our car outside the hotel. Good food for breakfast. Mercure Karawang have many option of food for breakfast. Mostly good experience Something that need to be improved for Mercure Karawang is 1. In some room sometimes bathroom floor is not in good level for drainage the water. So the water will stay in the corner or going slow to drainage hole. 2. Breakfast room service is charged. Better this services should be free(compare with the other 4 star hotel some of them is free charge). Because sometimes we Shift 2 or 3 on the project so we can't attend the breakfast in the restaurant. So when we request to room service breakfast I got additional charge for it

Meeting room was super neat, the food was superb. Very great service. The staff provide us with complete amenities and tools for our meeting. Food was ready on time, at the exact time as we requested. Location-wise, very accessible and located in the very strategic point of Karawang. Def will be back for another event.
