Great location. Great sized room and balcony. Very quiet. Only downside is parking. Not complimentary $24 extra. We paid but I don’t remember reading it stated on the website

We stayed at The Chen as we had a very early specialist consult at the near by hospital. The property is perfect in terms of location as it is a short walk to the hospital. Rooms are a good size and the amenities excellent including a coffee pod machine. Roof top pool has sensational views. We were not able to park out car within the hotel but the staff were very helpful in explaining where to park nearby and they provide an "exit" ticket.

The furniture was not clean the bathroom have mould and the room had a smell to it had to purchase glen 20 to stay in the room.
