I booked a Chen Deluxe King Balcony and it looked nothing like the Chen Deluxe King Balcony on the website (which I was expecting based on past stays) so that was a bit misleading. No extra pillows in the room and no answer when we called reception - we went down and they bought pillows to the room so worked out fine but a hassle for us and hassle for them. There was nowhere to use Accor welcome drinks and the welcome gift was two cans of mineral water, a cookie and pack of crisps - as a Platinum member I had expected a better quality. Unable to use Accor dining privileges at Golden Lily (which had been OK in the past) so that was disappointing. The staff were lovely, room was clean and car parking was helpful.

Hotel clean and friendly staff, but very limited on site parking. Welcome drinks is very under rated.
