Large room, huge bed and lots of space in the bathroom. Onsite breakfast was very good. Restaurants within walking distance. Tram and train nearby. Reception staff were excellent. Only downside was the spare blanket in our room. It smelt and had stains on it.

I choose the wrong location for where I needed to be, The staff were nice. The breakfast was good not great. The big thing were the beds were uncomfortable. I had to sleep in the middle as the bed had huge diverts in each side.

Was not the level of service I expected from peppers I was woken up by housekeeping entering the room 24/08 turning all the lights on. I then ordered room service later that night, which never came When I went downstairs to check why, nobody was there and I couldn’t get back into my room. Luckily my partner was in the room and able to let me back in. We then left to obtain what we ordered in room service, and were locked out of the hotel completely It took half an hour of calling to be let back in. This happened again 25/08.

I had the most wonderful stay at Peppers Southbank, Melbourne. I stayed here the night before my AMC Clinical Examination, and honestly, I could not have chosen a better hotel. The location was absolutely perfect the exam venue was only a three-minute walk away! When you have such an important exam the next morning, being able to stay so close to the venue takes away so much unnecessary stress. The staff were incredibly friendly, kind, and accommodating. They kindly allowed me to check in early, which I really appreciated as I had luggage with me and needed a comfortable place to settle in and do some last-minute revision. They also offered me a wake-up call on the morning of my exam, which I thought was one of the most thoughtful things ever. Knowing that they would make sure I was awake for such an important day gave me so much peace of mind! After check-out, they also safely stored my luggage for me and allowed me to collect it after my exam, even though the exam finished well past the check-out time. This was incredibly helpful and made my whole experience completely stress-free. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, and the room itself completely exceeded my expectations. It was so comfortable, peaceful, and beautiful exactly what I needed the night before such a stressful and important examination. Having a comfortable place to rest made a huge difference. And the bathroom where do I even begin? It was absolutely beautiful and felt so luxurious and dreamy! Everything about my stay was perfect. From the exceptional location and delicious breakfast to the beautiful room and, most importantly, the genuinely thoughtful and helpful staff, I could not have asked for a better experience. I would happily stay at Peppers again and again throughout my lifetime. I absolutely loved my stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Melbourne especially anyone looking for a comfortable, peaceful, and convenient place to stay before an important event or exam! Thank you, Peppers, for helping make such an important day a little less stressful and a lot more comfortable! ❤️
