Our airport pick up was easily arranged and turned up quickly. Check in was simple and a second card was not a problem. The room was very comfortable and warm with a reasonable amount of room to spread out. Room service was prompt. Check out next morning was also simple and the airport shuttle was easily arranged.

I stay here every time prior to a flight now, it’s far better than the Park Royale. The cleanliness and friendliest is unmatched. If I had to be really picky, the spa could be warmer, I’d love a bigger cocktail menu and a special along with the standard menu. Food is always delicious though.
