Fab stay, as always The Mantra Melbourne is our regular go-to when travelling to, or from, overseas. The bedrooms are a great size, are impeccably clean, and the beds are very comfortable. A colleague and I arrived to the hotel around 9pm. Michael Stojanovic was on the front desk, who I've met on multiple occasions during previous stays. Michael greeted us and remembered me by my first name, remembering the last time I stayed at the hotel and picked up a conversation where we left off. Michael spent some time getting to know my colleague also, adding a very personal touch. Quickly opening a discussions regarding the Accor Plus Membership, explaining in detail, but very quickly the benefits of the program. I was checked into the hotel and signed up as a member within 8-10 minutes. Followed by that, the hotel is always clean, the amenities and the staff are fantastic. Loyal customer to the Mantra Tullamarine
