The Hotel room was very dirty walls were mouldy, lights were not bright and the blinds were so old and dirty they ripped at the top. That was room 1806 But the pool was good and the Breakfast was good and there lots of Lizards near the pool. TRY TO FIND A OTHER HOTEL.

3 nights in a 1 bed with river view. Very pleasant accomodation, surprised at the size of the Unit being so spacious. Whilst we chose to walk, access to Cavill St. shopping/restaurants etc. was so easy with the Tram/Rail at the door. Back home now after a very enjoyable stay.

Amazing Unit, Beautiful View and Wonderful Location

I travelled with my parents and my 9 year old son all of who had a wonderful time in the beautiful pool and on the slides. The tram stop is literally right out front which meant the car didn't get used once There was nothing the front service area couldn't help with - they were great I can't fault this stay

Room was not ready at 2pm. There was a big wet patch damp, area inside entry door, not nice to stand on. Noticed the outside door to balcony was covered in dirty finger marks on lower half of door. Dishwasher was on when we entered the room. I just didn’t touch it we didn’t use a single dish. Overal I found the room very dated in needing work done door chipped one had some swelling in the bathroom etc. just upkeep.
