The room was extremely comfortable but our toilet was leaking & the room smelt of sewerage. Reported it to reception.

It was my third time in Melbourne and always in this hotel due to location. The bathtubs are aged/old with flaking paint. They would require more attention for maintenance/repairs. The rest of the apartment is in good and well equipped.

Reception staff were outstanding and helpful. We were surprised our towels were not changed during our 4 night stay. Our TV didn't work, we have already advised reception of this.

As above the room and hotel was great but the noise coming from outside was so loud it was very hard to sleep.

Being located in the heart of the CBD does mean there can occasionally be some late-night city noise, however we completely understand how frustrating this can be when trying to rest.
