The bed was comfortable, and the shower pressure was good. Michelle at the front desk was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely tried to resolve my concerns. Unfortunately, the positive experience ended there. The iron provided was old, rusty, and damaged. It tripped the power twice, creating both an inconvenience and a potential safety concern. In addition, the television was virtually unusable, with constant crackling in both the picture and sound, making it impossible to watch the free-to-air channels. Overall, while the staff service was commendable, the condition of the room equipment and amenities significantly impacted my stay.
