Centrally located in Canberra. The room was spacious with coffee and tea provided as well as extra blankets and pillows. Air conditioner worked very well during a hot few days in the city. Pool and gym could definitely use an update, as could the hotel restaurant. Staff were welcoming and checking in and checking out was a breeze. Bathroom amenities were good as was the overall quality of the shower/bath with decent heat and water pressure.

For a hotel located on a main road, my room had no peace and quiet for a good night sleep. I could hear cars regular machine noise, and even people speaking even though my room was up on level 8.

The receptionist that was on Friday 5th dec @ around 6:45pm made our stay extra special. There was a mixup with our room and she so kindly gave us a room upgrade which made our day and our stay extra special.

Large clean rooms in a good location for my visit to see my son who is studying in Canberra.
