I expect a certain level from Accor hotels. This place was poor and I canceled a future booking based on the overall tackiness of the place. Everything was just abit grimy. The staff were lively but Accor should be ashamed of this offering!!!

whist the room was Ok, it is showing its age, the air con was noisy, bathroom was not overly clean

Our daughters stayed on there way to Melbourne and found the staff very disappointing to deal with. Also when they went to leave in the morning and checkout early hours it took multiple attempts to exit your car park with our youngest having to come back into reception to be let out
