On arrival I was asked to show my bank account as proof of payment. I declined, checked personally, confirmed the payment had been made only for the reservation to be cancelled 3 hours later and payment returned 4 hours later. The room was dirty, used soap and hair in the shower, 'clean" bath mat was not clean. I attempted to check out the next moring only to find I was charged again for 2 nights. I told reception about the condition of the room. Went out for day when I returned the room had been 'cleaned' however used soap and hair was still in batroom. Showed photos to reception on check out. Found the booking had been removed from my account.

Staff were lovely and the room was very clean and linen/towels were nice, but the room is small and the cube bathroom is so small and ridiculous…..we didn’t use the shower for safety reasons. My husband is very tall and so not small. The step up into the bathroom is also not good. It may have been a good price, but I wouldn’t stay again sorry.

Booked a night here for work through Booking.com after comparing prices on the website as well, paid close to $200. At check in, was informed somewhat coyly by the friendly staff that I paid too much and most guest only paid $120 or so. Shown to my room, which resembled a dorm room from high school. Hard floor, sink next to the double bed, which had a bunk stretched over the top of it. Opened the bathroom to find used towels strung across the floor. Went back to the reception to ask for another room. Friendly staff member apologised and set me up in another room. The same but with no bunk or used towels. Settled in, attempted to warm the room with the AC and could find no remote control unit. Went to reception, more apologies and was handed a remote. Went back to my room, found the remote to be the wrong brand. Went back to reception, more apologies with added blushing, was informed that she would bring up some more. Thought a snack would be useful, only to find the vending machine in reception did not take cash and was "offline". About 20 minutes later, she came to the door with a handful of remotes and together we found one that worked. Eventually went to sleep at around 10.30pm. Was woken at 4am by the sound of a car alarm horn blaring in the carpark under my window. This persisted on and off for about 40 minutes. Could not get back to sleep for about an hour then was woken by my alarm at 6.30am anyway. Despite the apologies and blushes, i will not be staying here again.

Room "design" was terrible, shower step up was a hazard for my wife who is disabled as the step up was excessive, and stepping down again was not easy for her. Also the lack of Disability access and consideration when booking in, NO LIFT and or consideration of this was not asked. Also I could not see any Disabled Parking Spaces, if there were any I could not locate them. Also ONLY ONE pillow per person was supplied, and no spares in the room

Requested for a clean and quiet room when booking. I did get a generally clean room but it is probably the noisiest one in the whole hotel. The room is right next to the front door, there was this 3-beeps sound every few mins and I can also hear the door opening and closing, sometimes even slamming, the whole night through. Very early in the morning, I can hear people talking in the reception area.

Compact yet comfortable and overall clean. The common microwave could do with a clean. Convenient location. Check in staff member wonderful, courteous and very helpful. Very pleasant atmosphere. All other staff and guests were delightful.

Bed was too hard and inly a double sized bed not queen which was listed on my invoice. The tiny bathroom was difficult to get in to for a person with movement issues, honestly looked like something ripped out of a vintage caravan. The high step about 30 cm high at the bathroom door was difficult to get up, I have knee and spinal issues. There was insufficient space to wipe my fat arse while sitting on the toilet, the shower space was to small to feel comfortable in. There was mould growing on the floor and a brown nasty something in the gap on the wall in the shower area. Extremely thin toilet paper was put on the holder backwards. The air-conditioning unit looked like it hadn't been cleaned or serviced in years so I didn't even risk using it. There were cobwebs on cables coming from the television and under the stool thing. The coffee/tea station hadn't been refreshed and 1 spoon had not been cleaned at all. Fluorescent lights on the wall... what the actual fuck? No one wants a metre long light shining in their face in a wall.

Sadly flies in our room, window screen had a hole, the attempt at fixing hole did not work. No tv controls or ac control. Staff were very nice, however the room is tight, as is the bathroom. It is a budget motel. We will pay more for a better room next time.

I stayed 2 nights. Mattress and pillows were pretty uncomfortable. Microwave was too dirty to use and smelly. No plates and cutlery provided in rooms that I am sure every hotel/motel should provide. Fridge had weird smell. I have stayed at ibis 2 years ago and this time when I stayed, experience was bad and would not prefer staying again. Receptionist was very friendly and very respectful which I really liked.

Was just staying here for the night, but still quite rough even at this cheap price. Door was not opening properly, took many tries and then had to shove quite hard to get it pried open. Tv had a massive black line running through it and was unwatchable. Hair all over the bed. Not clean. Very rough.
