The room was so small, toilet and shower the weirdest I've ever seen like in a caravan or even on a plane, washbasin next to the bed not even in the bathroom. The bed was hard as rock and very uncomfortable, I was too terrified to look under the sheets, but I'm sure it wouldn't have been very nice either. No chairs in the room to sit on at all and the heater well OMG one up so high it was impossible for me to reach to turn on and the other under the window was a death trap, the control and wiring was hanging on the floor and I got a small electric shock from it when I touched it, I have no idea how they are still opened should be shut down they are a safety and hygiene concern.

Satisfactory. (You get what you pay for). However, hidden cost such as the parking fee and extra for bring your pet to a hotel advertised as pet friendly, should be fully declared in your advertising, not come as a surprise at check in!

My room was clean, secure. The car park was good and off the street. I was in a room which had a microwave on the outside wall. It was a bit annoying hearing the door shut when people used it.

still not a fan of the bathroom pods. I have been staying at at least six sites of your chain in Central coast Gosford, Brisbane , multiple , maybe 4 Sydney hotels and Canberra for at least 12 years. First time paying extra for car parking and very unimpressed.

The budget Ibis Canberra is in a super convenient location, especially for those travelling late. Straight off the main road. The car park was littered with garbage though, bins overflowing, broken pallets in the carpark. The room itself, lights didn't work, but the heater did which was good as it was extremely cold.

What we paid was worth for the night Reception staff was friendly. Checking in was short and quick, key was handed to us with a little briefing about the room. Bed was comfortable and toilet and shower was good. I will recommend Ibis Budget Canberra for short stay also it’s location is not far from places where we wanted to go. Cheers

This is the worst hotel I have been to in 40 years of Australian and overseas travel. It is far below the standard of other Ibis Budget hotels. The room was small, smelly, and dirty. The shower area was mouldy and water from he shower went all over the floor of the toilet. The beds were hard. The facilities old and worn out. The air-con system was noisy and ineffectual. I was charged for parking and yet the hotel parking area was not regulated or secure and open to anyone who wanted to park for free. The hallway and stairs outside the rooms were dirty and smelly. The staff however were friendly and helpful.

We often stay here as a mid point when travelling west. The rooms are very basic but always clean and comfortable. Perfectly fine for a place to lay your head when arriving late and leaving early.

I have stayed at this hotel many times, it has never been that clean, however first time I have had a room with numerous spider webs on the walls and ceiling, some even had multiple spiders in them.
