Fire alarm and drug addicts in the hall way

Near the highway it was ideal for an early morning start. Reception. Open until 10pm a bonus and helpful and accommodating receptionist. Microwave and washing facilities a good addition.

Comfortable, but definitely budget. Being older and less agile than we once were, the step up into the bathroom was a bit difficult.

Room is consistent with my expectations of Ibis budget (Formule1) hotels that is, smaller size and sometimes a walk with stairs from the car, but had all the essentials such as good bed, bathroom, fridge, tv, kettle. Good heating and clean vinyl floor. Shared microwave in hallway. Check in/out was fast and efficient with friendly staff. I especially liked not having to pay extra for a child or a car park.

I don’t want this published, just giving feedback, this was a booking for my anniversary with my partner, we found wee marks on our blanket and poo marks, there was dust all on the skirting boards, the window sill looked like it had mould. There was no soap in the soap holder in the shower. Felt really uncomfortable using the blankets knowing they had poo and wee stains. And luckily I had bought my own shower soap as there wasn’t any in the dispenser. I also was in a moon boot with an injured foot and put on the second floor.
