I'm very pleased to hear that your check-in experience was positive and that our team member made you feel welcome — we pride ourselves on providing friendly and professional service. However, I’m truly sorry to hear that your stay was disrupted by excessive noise during the night. We understand how important a good night’s rest is, especially when you have an early start and a long drive ahead. Your experience is certainly not what we want for our guests, and I sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused. We take noise disturbances seriously and will be reviewing how we can better manage these situations, particularly during quiet hours, to ensure all guests have a comfortable and restful stay.
