The room was nice. Exactly what I wanted. I was a late arrival due to significant flight delays. I attempted to ring the emergency/after hours number to talk to staff about where my late check in was located. No answer. Once I eventually found they physical card, there was no actual room number to indicate which room I would be in. Another kind guest was also unable to locate a number on any of the paperwork either- when I asked for help. I physically had to check it against each door until I found the room it worked on. The emergency contact/after-hours number was useless to ring. I couldn't find any late check in location information on the website either.

Not what I expected from the Accor property. Yes, it’s a Budget, but there also should be standards.
