This is a budget hotel and well located for what I want to do which was mountain bike riding. It’s budget I can’t judge it like a five star but for a budget it’s perfectly fine perfect place to plunk your head down and go to sleep after a busy day. Don’t expect any more. Staff are warm and friendly and helpful.

We booked 3xRooms over 2- 5 Jan 26, upon check in the rooms were we found the rooms the following issues which complo put us off: - the rooms were infested with cockroaches, we reported this to receptionist and we were handed cockroach spray! - the linen was smelly and bedsheets had blonde colour hair, not ours, my wife has brown hair!! - lights were busted, again we reported this but nothing got done about it. - we requested the morning staff to make the bed and replace linen, instead they simply emptied the bin. The next day they left a note saying there were personal belongings on the bed, the personal belonging was my kids teddy!! Upon seeing the day staff at 11:30 am I was told the morning staff has left so they can't help! Overall with this experience I would say by far the worst IBIS experience I've ever had! I would not return and neither I would recommend anyone to try Ibis -so well done on that!

Please allow us to address your concerns below: Cockroaches: We sincerely apologise for this experience. Upon reporting the issue, our reception team provided spray as an immediate temporary measure; however, we acknowledge this was not an ideal solution. We take pest control seriously and have since escalated this with our professional pest management provider. Linen cleanliness: We are very concerned to hear about the condition of the linen. This is unacceptable and not reflective of our housekeeping standards. Your feedback has been shared with our housekeeping team for immediate review and corrective action. Lighting issues: We apologise that the lighting faults were not resolved promptly after being reported. This should have been followed up by our maintenance team, and we regret that this did not occur during your stay. Housekeeping service: We are sorry for the frustration caused regarding bed making and linen replacement. Our housekeeping policy restricts staff from making beds when personal belongings are placed on them, even small items such as toys, for safety and hygiene reasons. However, we agree that this should have been communicated more clearly, and the situation handled more helpfully by our team. We truly regret that your experience fell well below expectations and understand your disappointment. Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience and frustration caused during your stay.
