We stayed for a couple of nights in the roof top 3 bedroom on the waterfront. (Unit 54) The unit itself was large and comfortable especially for its age. It was clean and the top spa made all the difference especially with the lovely weather we had. The only issue I came across and find this in all large units is that the cooking facilities are average at best. Owners and operators have to be realistic with the amount of people who you need to cook or what's actually going to fit in supplied pans, especially in a 3-bedroom unit. In our unit, it had 1 decent pan which matched the cook top and then massive pan which was useless as it had only a small hot spot. How about having a fry pan as well? Yes, we have a roof top bbq, however, to transport food up the spiral stairs and no fridge up there doesn't make it worth the trouble. The stay was expensive for what it was, however, the location, waterfrontage and rooftop spa made it worth the stay.

I was very disappointed at this property as it is in a Accor property. I am a Accor gold member and the amount that I was paying for the four nights was the same as a five star resort that I have paid previously. I thought it was very outdated I do have a slight disability so getting in and out of the shower through Baths it was very difficult and wasn’t mentioned to me when I made my booking.Also as a gold member my up grade was not available nor was my arrival drink and a friend that was not gold had a better room. I feel this property should not be flagged under the standard if Accor

We had to change rooms for lack of bathroom safety… new room was better except for poor mattress, missing china and cutlery in kitchen … pool and facilities were excellent.

Close to restaurants. Lovely walking down to the waterfront for coffees in the morning and fish n chips in the evening. All the staff were friendly, and kept the premises immaculate. Good sized pool and nice having the spa pool when the weather was cooler. Loved having prawns on the barbecue when we didn't feel like eating out

The pool was great for the family as well as the bbq area. However a few broken things both in our room and the games/ gym area. The room still had rubbish from previous guests unfortunately but being able to see family in other rooms was great for our kids. The accommodation itself is in a fantastic position and close to so many things with a great view.

arrived a splanned only to find the room we understood to be booked in had been changed. we booked a rooftop with all facilities on the same level, but instead told it had been given to someone else and a room that i could not access all of the reasons why we booked in the first place. The spa and bbq could not be used. offered to stay in a basic unit or accept a refund a leave and this we took We are still waiting on the promised refund. we had stayed in (unit 63 before and it was lovely the photos of the booked unit were on your website booking an on my account page. We were very disappointed and upset that we could not get the unit we thought we had booked and paid for

We have stayed here on a few occasions and always enjoy our stay. The location and views from most rooms we have had are great and the pool is awesome, kids would spend all day in there. This time round we did end up with one of the rooms at the front of the motel on level 2 which I probably would not like to stay in next time, we found it quite noisy at night time with foot traffic and road noise. Room overall was tidy enough, bathrooms very dated, master bedroom blind wouldnt fully close off to the outside lights and natural light coming through which was abit annoying when trying to sleep and also the lights in the whole living area were so dull so would recommend that was upgraded but thats a minor pick. View was worth it though, great spot overall just a few little upgraded would really improve this room

We booked a two night stay with roof top spa. Unfortunately the roof top spa was not working for the first night. Maintenance resolved the issue on the second day but we would like to be compensated for half of our stay that we were unable to use the spa.

Stayed 2 nights in a one bed unit to the side of the property. Small view of the water from the deck. Close to all amenities. Several different buildings made the complex rather confusing including the car parking. Pool area was the highlight of the property.
